गिरीपुल में पुलिस की बड़ी कार्रवाई: कार से 38.95 ग्राम चिट्टा बरामद, दो आरोपी गिरफ्तार..

जिला सिरमौर के पुलिस थाना राजगढ़ की डिटेक्शन सेल ने मादक पदार्थों के खिलाफ अभियान के तहत बड़ी कार्रवाई करते हुए गिरीपुल क्षेत्र में एक कार से 38.95 ग्राम हेरोइन (चिट्टा) बरामद की है। इस मामले में पुलिस ने दो युवकों को गिरफ्तार कर उनके खिलाफ एनडीपीएस एक्ट के तहत मामला दर्ज किया है।पुलिस के अनुसार, डिटेक्शन सेल के अन्वेषण अधिकारी मुख्य आरक्षी रविदत्त अपनी टीम के साथ क्षेत्र में गश्त, मादक पदार्थों की रोकथाम और वाहनों की औचक जांच कर रहे थे। इसी दौरान उन्हें मुखबिर से सूचना मिली कि कार नंबर HP-63B-8448 में सवार दो व्यक्ति गिरीपुल से जुन्गा की ओर चिट्टा लेकर जा रहे हैं।सूचना के आधार पर पुलिस टीम ने गिरीपुल पुल के समीप नाकाबंदी कर संदिग्ध वाहन को रोक लिया। नियमानुसार तलाशी लेने पर कार की पिछली सीट पर बैठे युवक के पैरों के पास रखे काले रंग के बैग की एक जेब से पारदर्शी पॉलिथीन पाउच में *38.95 ग्राम हेरोइन (चिट्टा)* बरामद हुई। बैग से *पांच इस्तेमाल की हुई इंसुलिन सिरिंज* भी बरामद की गईं। पुलिस ने मौके पर वाहन चालक हरिश चौहान (31) निवासी गांव सेरगाता, डाकघर कोटी, तहसील जुन्गा, जिला शिमला तथा आकाशदीप उर्फ दीपू (25) निवासी गांव ओईली, डाकघर कोटला, जिला सोलन को गिरफ्तार कर लिया। इस बारे जब राजगढ़ डी एस पी वीसी नेगी से बात की तो उन्होंने मामले की पुष्टि करते हुए बताया की एनडीपीएस एक्ट के अंतर्गत मामला दर्ज कर लिया गया है। पुलिस मामले की आगे की जांच में जुटी हुई है।

As part of an anti-narcotics campaign, the Detection Cell of the Rajgarh Police Station (Sirmaur district) has seized 38.95 grams of heroin ('Chitta') from a car in the Giripul area. Two youths have been arrested in connection with the incident, and a case has been registered against them under the NDPS Act. According to the police, the Detection Cell's Investigating Officer, Head Constable Ravi Dutt, was patrolling the area and conducting surprise vehicle checks to curb drug trafficking. During this operation, they received a tip-off that two individuals in a car (bearing registration number HP-63B-8448) were transporting 'Chitta' from Giripul towards Junga. Acting on this information, the police team set up a checkpoint near the Giripul bridge and intercepted the suspected vehicle. Upon conducting a search in accordance with procedure, 38.95 grams of heroin ('Chitta')—contained in a transparent polythene pouch—was recovered from a pocket of a black bag placed near the feet of the youth sitting in the back seat. Five used insulin syringes were also recovered from the bag. The police arrested the driver, Harish Chauhan (31)—a resident of Sergata village (Post Office Koti, Tehsil Junga, District Shimla)—and Akashdeep alias Deepu (25)—a resident of Oili village (Post Office Kotla, District Solan)—at the scene. When contacted, Rajgarh DSP VC Negi confirmed the incident and stated that a case has been registered under the NDPS Act. The police are currently conducting further investigations into the matter.
