रैंप परियोजना के अंतर्गत आज हिमाचल चैंबर ऑफ कॉमर्स एंड इंडस्ट्रीज गोंदपुर, पांवटा साहिब में स्मार्ट मैन्युफैक्चरिंग मशीन लर्निंग आदि एवं SHE Box पोर्टल विषय पर एक जागरूकता कार्यशाला का आयोजन किया गया। कार्यशाला की अध्यक्षता नरेंद्र कुमार, सदस्य सचिव पांवटा साहिब ने की। कार्यशाला का उद्देश्य औद्योगिक हितधारकों को आधुनिक एवं उभरती तकनीकों के साथ-साथ कार्यस्थल पर सुरक्षा, सम्मानजनक वातावरण तथा शिकायत निवारण तंत्र के प्रति जागरूक करना था। कार्यशाला में स्मार्ट मैन्युफैक्चरिंग विषय पर कोविद शर्मा ने विस्तृत तकनीकी प्रस्तुति दी। उन्होंने आर्टिफिशियल इंटेलिजेंस, इंडस्ट्रियल इंटरनेट ऑफ थिंग्स, मशीन लर्निंग तथा अन्य आधुनिक तकनीकों और उनके औद्योगिक अनुप्रयोगों के बारे में जानकारी प्रदान की। उन्होंने बताया कि इन तकनीकों को अपनाने से औद्योगिक इकाइयों की उत्पादकता एवं कार्यकुशलता बढ़ाने के साथ-साथ उत्पादों की गुणवत्ता में सुधार तथा एमएसएमई इकाइयों की प्रतिस्पर्धात्मक क्षमता को मजबूत किया जा सकता है।
SHE Box पोर्टल के संबंध में महिला एवं बाल विकास विभाग की जिला समन्वयक कृतिका ठाकुर ने प्रस्तुति दी। उन्होंने पोर्टल के उद्देश्य एवं कार्यप्रणाली पर विस्तार से प्रकाश डालते हुए कार्यस्थल पर यौन उत्पीड़न से संबंधित शिकायतों के पंजीकरण तथा उनके निवारण की प्रक्रिया के बारे में प्रतिभागियों को जागरूक किया। उन्होंने कार्यस्थल पर महिलाओं के लिए सुरक्षित एवं सम्मानजनक वातावरण सुनिश्चित करने के लिए उपलब्ध शिकायत निवारण तंत्र की जानकारी भी सांझा की। इसके उपरांत कोविद शर्मा एवं कृतिका ठाकुर द्वारा विषयवार तकनीकी प्रस्तुतियां दी गईं तथा प्रतिभागियों की शंकाओं का समाधान किया गया। कार्यशाला के माध्यम से उद्योगपतियों एवं औद्योगिक प्रतिनिधियों को आधुनिक डिजिटल तकनीकों को अपनाने के लाभों के साथ-साथ कार्यस्थल पर सुरक्षित, सम्मानजनक एवं स्वस्थ वातावरण सुनिश्चित करने के महत्व के बारे में जानकारी प्रदान की गई। उपस्थित उद्योग प्रतिनिधियों ने दोनों विषयों में गहरी रुचि व्यक्त करते हुए कार्यशाला को औद्योगिक क्षेत्र के लिए अत्यंत उपयोगी एवं महत्वपूर्ण बताया। इस अवसर पर अध्यक्ष चैंबर ऑफ कॉमर्स सतीश गोयल, इंडस्ट्रियल प्रमोशन ऑफिसर बालमुकुंद अग्रवाल सहित पांवटा साहिब औद्योगिक क्षेत्र के 53 उद्योगपतियों एवं औद्योगिक प्रतिनिधियों ने भाग लिया।

An awareness workshop focusing on Smart Manufacturing, Machine Learning, and the SHE Box portal was organized today at the Himachal Chamber of Commerce and Industries in Gondpur, Paonta Sahib, under the RAMP project. The workshop was presided over by Narendra Kumar, Member Secretary, Paonta Sahib. The objective of the workshop was to sensitize industrial stakeholders about modern and emerging technologies, as well as workplace safety, a respectful environment, and grievance redressal mechanisms. Kovid Sharma delivered a detailed technical presentation on the subject of Smart Manufacturing. He provided information on Artificial Intelligence, the Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT), Machine Learning, and other modern technologies, along with their industrial applications. He explained that adopting these technologies could enhance the productivity and operational efficiency of industrial units, improve product quality, and strengthen the competitiveness of MSME units.
Kritika Thakur, District Coordinator for the Department of Women and Child Development, gave a presentation regarding the SHE Box portal. Shedding light on the portal's objectives and functionality, she informed participants about the process of registering and resolving complaints related to workplace sexual harassment. She also shared information about the available grievance redressal mechanisms designed to ensure a safe and respectful environment for women at the workplace. Subsequently, Kovid Sharma and Kritika Thakur delivered topic-specific technical presentations and addressed the participants' queries. Through this workshop, industrialists and industry representatives were informed about the benefits of adopting modern digital technologies and the importance of ensuring a safe, respectful, and healthy workplace environment. The industry representatives present expressed keen interest in both topics and described the workshop as extremely useful and significant for the industrial sector. Fifty-three industrialists and industrial representatives from the Paonta Sahib industrial area, including Chamber of Commerce President Satish Goyal and Industrial Promotion Officer Balmukund Agarwal, participated in the event.
