राजकीय महाविद्यालय शिलाई के करियर काउंसलिंग एवं प्लेसमेंट सेल की ओर से विद्यार्थियों के लिए ‘ग्रामीण विकास योजनाओं एवं कार्यक्रमों’ विषय पर ज्ञानवर्धक सत्र का आयोजन किया गया। कार्यक्रम में शिलाई विकास खंड के खंड विकास अधिकारी (BDO) रवि प्रकाश जोशी ने स्रोत व्यक्ति के रूप में विद्यार्थियों को संबोधित किया। सत्र के दौरान विद्यार्थियों को केंद्र एवं राज्य सरकार द्वारा संचालित विभिन्न ग्रामीण विकास योजनाओं और कार्यक्रमों की विस्तृत जानकारी दी गई। विशेष रूप से VB-G RAMG योजना के उद्देश्यों, प्रावधानों, क्रियान्वयन प्रक्रिया तथा ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों के लिए इसके महत्व और संभावित लाभों पर प्रकाश डाला गया। रवि प्रकाश जोशी ने ग्रामीण रोजगार, आजीविका के अवसरों तथा सामाजिक-आर्थिक विकास में सरकारी योजनाओं की भूमिका को विस्तार से समझाया। उन्होंने विद्यार्थियों को योजनाओं की जानकारी हासिल करने और उनके लाभों के प्रति जागरूक रहने के लिए प्रेरित किया। सत्र विद्यार्थियों के साथ संवादात्मक रहा और उन्होंने विभिन्न विषयों पर सवाल भी पूछे। कार्यवाहक प्राचार्य गोपाल भारद्वाज ने इस पहल के लिए करियर काउंसलिंग एवं प्लेसमेंट सेल की सराहना की। इस अवसर पर छात्र कल्याण अधिष्ठाता प्रो. अजय भी मौजूद रहे। सेल की संयोजक विद्या वर्मा सहित अन्य सदस्यों ने कार्यक्रम के सफल आयोजन एवं समन्वय में महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभाई। कार्यक्रम के अंत में BDO शिलाई रवि प्रकाश जोशी का विद्यार्थियों को महत्वपूर्ण जानकारी प्रदान करने के लिए आभार व्यक्त किया गया।

The Career Counseling and Placement Cell of Government College, Shillai, organized an informative session for students on the topic of 'Rural Development Schemes and Programs.' Ravi Prakash Joshi, the Block Development Officer (BDO) of Shillai Block, addressed the students as the resource person. During the session, students were provided with detailed information regarding various rural development schemes and programs run by the central and state governments. Particular emphasis was placed on the objectives, provisions, and implementation process of the VB-G RAMG scheme, as well as its significance and potential benefits for rural areas. Ravi Prakash Joshi explained in detail the role of government schemes in rural employment, livelihood opportunities, and socio-economic development. He encouraged the students to gather information about these schemes and remain aware of their benefits. The session was interactive, with students asking questions on various topics. Officiating Principal Gopal Bhardwaj commended the Career Counseling and Placement Cell for this initiative. Prof. Ajay, the Dean of Student Welfare, was also present on the occasion. The Cell's convener, Vidya Verma, along with other members, played a pivotal role in the successful organization and coordination of the event.
