उत्तराखंड में शिक्षा विभाग की बड़ी पहल, 1500 से अधिक शिक्षकों की होगी भर्ती

उत्तराखंड सरकार ने सरकारी स्कूलों में शिक्षकों की कमी दूर करने के लिए बड़ा फैसला लिया है। प्रदेश में 1,500 से अधिक शिक्षकों के रिक्त पदों पर जल्द भर्ती की जाएगी। शिक्षा मंत्री डॉ. धन सिंह रावत ने बताया कि प्रवक्ताओं के 808 पदों पर भर्ती प्रक्रिया जारी है, जबकि प्रारंभिक शिक्षा में सहायक अध्यापकों के 250 से अधिक पदों के लिए जल्द विज्ञप्ति जारी होगी। इसके अलावा एलटी संवर्ग के 450 से अधिक रिक्त पदों पर भी भर्ती के लिए प्रस्ताव आयोग को भेजा जाएगा। सरकार ने चतुर्थ श्रेणी कर्मचारियों की नियुक्ति व्यवस्था में भी बदलाव किया है। राजकीय इंटरमीडिएट कॉलेजों में खाली पड़े 2,364 पदों पर अब संबंधित विद्यालयों के प्रधानाचार्य सीधे नियुक्ति कर सकेंगे। नियुक्ति में स्थानीय लोगों और विद्यालय के लिए भूमि दान करने वाले परिवारों को प्राथमिकता दी जाएगी। पहले इन पदों को आउटसोर्सिंग के माध्यम से भरने की योजना थी, लेकिन शिकायतों के चलते उसे रोक दिया गया। शिक्षा मंत्री ने शिक्षकों की लंबित पदोन्नतियों पर भी जल्द निर्णय का भरोसा दिलाया। उन्होंने बताया कि एलटी से प्रवक्ता के करीब 3,000 पदों पर पदोन्नति प्रस्तावित है। यदि राज्य लोक सेवा आयोग की ओर से प्रक्रिया में देरी होती है, तो सरकार तदर्थ पदोन्नति देकर शिक्षकों को जरूरत वाले विद्यालयों में तैनात करेगी। सरकार का कहना है कि इन फैसलों से शिक्षा व्यवस्था मजबूत होगी और सरकारी स्कूलों में शिक्षकों की कमी काफी हद तक दूर हो सकेगी।

The Uttarakhand government has taken a significant decision to address the shortage of teachers in government schools. Recruitment will soon be conducted for more than 1,500 vacant teaching positions across the state. Education Minister Dr. Dhan Singh Rawat stated that the recruitment process for 808 'Lecturer' posts is currently underway, while a notification for over 250 'Assistant Teacher' posts in elementary education will be issued shortly. Additionally, a proposal will be sent to the commission to recruit for more than 450 vacant posts in the LT (Licentiate Teacher) cadre. The government has also modified the appointment system for Class IV employees; principals of government intermediate colleges will now be able to make direct appointments to the 2,364 vacant positions in their respective schools. Priority in these appointments will be given to local residents and families who donated land for the school. Previously, there was a plan to fill these posts through outsourcing, but this was halted due to complaints. The Education Minister also assured that a decision regarding pending teacher promotions would be taken soon. He noted that promotions are proposed for approximately 3,000 posts from the LT cadre to the Lecturer cadre. If the State Public Service Commission causes delays in the process, the government will grant ad-hoc promotions and deploy teachers to schools where they are needed. The government believes these decisions will strengthen the education system and significantly alleviate the teacher shortage in government schools.
