गुरु नानक मिशन पब्लिक स्कूल, पांवटा साहिब के खिलाड़ियों ने सीबीएसई क्लस्टर-16 अंडर-19 खो-खो प्रतियोगिता में उत्कृष्ट प्रदर्शन करते हुए तीसरा स्थान हासिल कर विद्यालय और क्षेत्र का नाम रोशन किया है। यह प्रतियोगिता 24 से 26 जुलाई तक कुरुक्षेत्र (हरियाणा) स्थित द ओलिव स्कूल में आयोजित हुई, जिसमें 26 अन्य विद्यालयों की टीमों ने भाग लिया। कड़े मुकाबलों के बीच गुरु नानक मिशन पब्लिक स्कूल की अंडर-19 बालक टीम ने शानदार खेल का प्रदर्शन करते हुए तीसरा स्थान अपने नाम किया। खिलाड़ियों की इस उपलब्धि से विद्यालय परिसर में खुशी का माहौल है। विद्यालय के डायरेक्टर जी.एस. सैनी और प्रिंसिपल गुरविंदर कौर चावला ने विजेता खिलाड़ियों को बधाई देते हुए उनके उज्ज्वल भविष्य की कामना की। उन्होंने कहा कि खेल विद्यार्थियों में अनुशासन, आत्मविश्वास और टीम भावना विकसित करते हैं तथा इस उपलब्धि से अन्य विद्यार्थियों को भी प्रेरणा मिलेगी। विद्यालय प्रबंधन ने टीम के कोच प्रवीण कुमार को भी इस सफलता का श्रेय देते हुए उनके प्रयासों की सराहना की। विद्यालय ने विश्वास जताया कि भविष्य में भी खिलाड़ी राज्य और राष्ट्रीय स्तर पर उत्कृष्ट प्रदर्शन कर विद्यालय का नाम रोशन करेंगे।

Players from Guru Nanak Mission Public School, Paonta Sahib, have brought laurels to the school and the region by securing third place in the CBSE Cluster-16 Under-19 Kho-Kho competition. The event was held from July 24 to 26 at The Olive School in Kurukshetra (Haryana), featuring teams from 26 other schools. Amidst tough competition, the school's Under-19 boys' team displayed excellent gameplay to clinch the third spot. The achievement has created an atmosphere of joy across the school campus. School Director G.S. Saini and Principal Gurvinder Kaur Chawla congratulated the winning players and wished them a bright future. They remarked that sports foster discipline, self-confidence, and team spirit among students, and this achievement would serve as an inspiration to others. The school management also acknowledged the efforts of the team's coach, Praveen Kumar, crediting him for this success.
