किन्नौर जिले में नशे के खिलाफ चलाए जा रहे अभियान के तहत पुलिस ने स्पीलो स्थित कुबेर होटल में दबिश देकर 7.78 ग्राम चिट्टा बरामद किया है। पुलिस ने मौके से 1 लाख 4 हजार 700 रुपये की नकदी और डिजिटल तराजू भी बरामद किया। मामले में बुधासेन उर्फ विक्की को गिरफ्तार कर जांच शुरू कर दी गई है। पुलिस के अनुसार आरोपी पहले से निगरानी में था। बीती रात पुलिस टीम ने कुबेर होटल में कार्रवाई की और तलाशी के दौरान कथित तौर पर चिट्टा, नकदी तथा डिजिटल वजन मशीन बरामद की। पुलिस अब बरामद नशीले पदार्थ के स्रोत और इसके संभावित सप्लाई नेटवर्क की जांच कर रही है। मामले ने राजनीतिक तूल उस समय पकड़ लिया, जब हिमाचल प्रदेश के बागवानी एवं राजस्व मंत्री जगत सिंह नेगी ने प्रेस वार्ता के दौरान आरोपी की पहचान बुधासेन उर्फ विक्की के रूप में बताई। मंत्री के अनुसार आरोपी पूह ब्लॉक भाजपा युवा मोर्चा का पूर्व अध्यक्ष और भाजपा का सक्रिय कार्यकर्ता रह चुका है। आरोपी स्पीलो क्षेत्र का निवासी बताया गया है।मंत्री ने यह भी दावा किया कि जिस कुबेर होटल में पुलिस ने कार्रवाई की, उसका मालिक भी भाजपा से जुड़ा कार्यकर्ता रहा है। उन्होंने आरोप लगाया कि आरोपी नशे के कारोबार से जुड़ा हुआ था और युवाओं को नशे की ओर धकेल रहा था। हालांकि, इन आरोपों की पुष्टि जांच पूरी होने के बाद ही हो सकेगी। पुलिस अब आरोपी से पूछताछ कर चिट्टे की सप्लाई के स्रोत और संभावित नेटवर्क का पता लगाने में जुटी है। बरामद नकदी और डिजिटल तराजू को भी जांच के अहम साक्ष्य के तौर पर देखा जा रहा है। मंत्री जगत सिंह नेगी के अनुसार किन्नौर में नशे के खिलाफ अभियान के तहत अब तक 25 मामले दर्ज किए गए हैं और करीब 120 ग्राम चिट्टा बरामद किया जा चुका है।

As part of the ongoing anti-drug campaign in Kinnaur district, the police raided Hotel Kuber in Spillo and seized 7.78 grams of 'Chitta'. Police also recovered ₹1,04,700 in cash and a digital weighing scale from the scene. Budhasen, alias Vicky, has been arrested in connection with the case, and an investigation is underway. According to the police, the accused was already under surveillance. A police team conducted the raid at Hotel Kuber last night and, during the search, allegedly recovered the 'Chitta', cash, and the digital weighing machine. The police are now investigating the source of the seized contraband and its potential supply network. The matter took a political turn when Himachal Pradesh Horticulture and Revenue Minister Jagat Singh Negi identified the accused as Budhasen, alias Vicky, during a press conference. According to the Minister, the accused is a former president of the Pooh Block BJP Yuva Morcha and has been an active BJP worker. The accused is reported to be a resident of the Spillo area. The Minister also claimed that the owner of Hotel Kuber, where the raid took place, is also a BJP-affiliated worker. He alleged that the accused was involved in the drug trade and was pushing the youth towards drug abuse. However, these allegations can only be confirmed after the investigation is complete. The police are now interrogating the accused to trace the source of the 'Chitta' supply and identify any potential network. The seized cash and digital scale are also being treated as crucial evidence in the investigation. According to Minister Jagat Singh Negi, 25 cases have been registered so far under the anti-drug campaign in Kinnaur, and approximately 120 grams of 'Chitta' have been seized.
