ओबीसी आयोग की नियुक्तियों पर भाजपा का हमला, सुक्खू सरकार पर लगाए गंभीर आरोप

हिमाचल प्रदेश राज्य अन्य पिछड़ा वर्ग (ओबीसी) आयोग में हाल ही में की गई नियुक्तियों को लेकर भाजपा ने कांग्रेस सरकार के खिलाफ मोर्चा खोल दिया है। भाजपा ओबीसी मोर्चा के जिला प्रभारी जयदेव सिंह खट्टा और जिलाध्यक्ष मनोहर लाल चौधरी ने ऊना में प्रेस वार्ता कर नियुक्ति प्रक्रिया पर सवाल उठाए। भाजपा नेताओं ने आरोप लगाया कि सरकार ने ओबीसी वर्ग के योग्य और अनुभवी लोगों की अनदेखी कर मुख्यमंत्री सुखविंदर सिंह सुक्खू की मित्र मंडली से जुड़े लोगों को आयोग में जगह दी है। भाजपा नेताओं ने आयोग में की गई नियुक्तियों को तत्काल रद्द करने की मांग की। जयदेव सिंह खट्टा ने आरोप लगाया कि आयोग में पहली नियुक्ति केसी भारद्वाज की की गई है, जिन्हें उन्होंने एससी मोर्चा से जुड़ा बताया, जबकि दूसरी नियुक्ति सपना कटोच की हुई है। भाजपा ने सवाल उठाया कि क्या ओबीसी वर्ग में योग्य और अनुभवी लोगों की कमी थी, जो आयोग में उसी वर्ग के लोगों को प्रतिनिधित्व नहीं दिया गया। नेताओं ने चेतावनी दी कि नियुक्तियां रद्द नहीं की गईं तो ओबीसी मोर्चा प्रदेशभर में आंदोलन करेगा और मुख्यमंत्री को काले झंडे दिखाकर विरोध जताया जाएगा। भाजपा ओबीसी मोर्चा ने ओबीसी वर्ग के संवैधानिक अधिकारों को लेकर भी सरकार से कदम उठाने की मांग की। नेताओं ने प्रदेश में 93वें संविधान संशोधन को जल्द लागू करने की मांग करते हुए कहा कि ओबीसी वर्ग को उसके अधिकारों का पूरा लाभ मिलना चाहिए। इसके अलावा उन्होंने ओबीसी प्रमाणपत्र की वैधता बढ़ाकर कम से कम पांच वर्ष करने की मांग रखी। भाजपा नेताओं का कहना है कि हर साल प्रमाणपत्र बनवाने के कारण बच्चों और परिवारों को सरकारी कार्यालयों के चक्कर लगाने पड़ते हैं, जिससे उन्हें अनावश्यक परेशानी का सामना करना पड़ता है।

The BJP has launched an offensive against the Congress government regarding the recent appointments made to the Himachal Pradesh State Other Backward Classes (OBC) Commission. Addressing a press conference in Una, BJP OBC Morcha District In-charge Jaidev Singh Khatta and District President Manohar Lal Chaudhary questioned the appointment process. The BJP leaders alleged that the government overlooked qualified and experienced individuals from the OBC community and instead appointed people linked to Chief Minister Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu's inner circle to the commission. They demanded the immediate cancellation of these appointments. Jaidev Singh Khatta alleged that the first appointee, KC Bhardwaj, is associated with the SC Morcha, while the second appointee is Sapna Katoch. The BJP questioned whether there was a lack of qualified and experienced individuals within the OBC community itself, given that representation was not granted to members of that specific category. The leaders warned that if the appointments were not cancelled, the OBC Morcha would launch a statewide agitation and protest by showing black flags to the Chief Minister. The BJP OBC Morcha also demanded that the government take steps regarding the constitutional rights of the OBC community. Advocating for the early implementation of the 93rd Constitutional Amendment in the state, the leaders asserted that the OBC community must receive the full benefits of its rights. Furthermore, they demanded an extension of the validity of OBC certificates to at least five years. The BJP leaders pointed out that the requirement to renew certificates annually forces children and families to make repeated visits to government offices, causing them unnecessary hardship.
