हिमाचल प्रदेश विधानसभा का मानसून सत्र शुक्रवार को हंगामे के साथ शुरू हुआ। सदन की कार्यवाही शुरू होते ही राष्ट्रगीत वंदे मातरम को लेकर सत्ता पक्ष और विपक्ष के बीच तीखी नोकझोंक देखने को मिली। भाजपा विधायकों ने इस मुद्दे पर विरोध जताते हुए सदन में जोरदार नारेबाजी की। हंगामे के बीच विधानसभा अध्यक्ष ने सदन को शांत कराने का प्रयास किया, लेकिन भाजपा विधायकों के विरोध के कारण स्थिति सामान्य नहीं हो सकी। सत्ता पक्ष और विपक्ष के विधायक आमने-सामने आ गए, जिससे सदन की कार्यवाही प्रभावित हुई। लगातार हंगामा जारी रहने के बाद विधानसभा अध्यक्ष ने कार्यवाही स्थगित कर दी। इस तरह मानसून सत्र के पहले ही दिन सदन की कार्यवाही करीब 19 मिनट में स्थगित करनी पड़ी। वंदे मातरम को लेकर शुरू हुआ विवाद सत्र के पहले दिन ही राजनीतिक टकराव का प्रमुख मुद्दा बन गया।

The monsoon session of the Himachal Pradesh Legislative Assembly began on Friday amidst an uproar. As soon as the proceedings commenced, a heated exchange broke out between the ruling party and the opposition regarding the national song, 'Vande Mataram'. BJP MLAs raised loud slogans in the House to protest against the issue. Amidst the commotion, the Assembly Speaker attempted to restore order, but the situation could not be normalized due to the opposition from BJP MLAs. Legislators from both the ruling and opposition sides confronted each other, disrupting the proceedings. With the uproar continuing unabated, the Speaker adjourned the House. Consequently, proceedings had to be adjourned within just about 19 minutes on the very first day of the monsoon session. The dispute over 'Vande Mataram' emerged as a major point of political confrontation right on the opening day of the session.
