IGMC शिमला में 6 माह की बच्ची स्वाइन फ्लू पॉजिटिव, स्वास्थ्य विभाग अलर्ट

हिमाचल प्रदेश में स्वाइन फ्लू को लेकर स्वास्थ्य विभाग की चिंता बढ़ गई है। शिमला स्थित इंदिरा गांधी मेडिकल कॉलेज एवं अस्पताल (IGMC) में कुल्लू जिले की छह माह की बच्ची स्वाइन फ्लू से संक्रमित पाई गई है। तेज बुखार के बाद परिजन बच्ची को उपचार के लिए IGMC शिमला लेकर पहुंचे थे। चिकित्सकों की सलाह पर उसका स्वाइन फ्लू टेस्ट कराया गया, जिसकी रिपोर्ट पॉजिटिव आई। फिलहाल बच्ची का अस्पताल में उपचार चल रहा है और डॉक्टर उसकी स्थिति पर नजर बनाए हुए हैं। बच्ची के संक्रमित पाए जाने के बाद स्वास्थ्य विभाग ने अस्पतालों में सतर्कता बढ़ाने के निर्देश दिए हैं। डॉक्टरों को वायरल संक्रमण जैसे लक्षण वाले मरीजों पर विशेष निगरानी रखने और जरूरत के अनुसार रैंडम सैंपलिंग करने को कहा गया है। स्वास्थ्य विभाग ने लोगों से भी सावधानी बरतने की अपील की है और भीड़भाड़ वाली जगहों पर मास्क का इस्तेमाल करने की सलाह दी है। स्वास्थ्य विभाग के अनुसार स्वाइन फ्लू से जुड़े लक्षणों को नजरअंदाज नहीं करना चाहिए। तेज बुखार, खांसी या वायरल संक्रमण जैसे लक्षण दिखाई देने पर समय रहते चिकित्सकीय सलाह और जांच कराना जरूरी है। खासकर छोटे बच्चों और अन्य संवेदनशील लोगों को संक्रमण से बचाने के लिए अतिरिक्त सावधानी बरतने की अपील की गई है।

The Health Department in Himachal Pradesh has raised concerns regarding swine flu. A six-month-old girl from Kullu district has tested positive for the virus at the Indira Gandhi Medical College and Hospital (IGMC) in Shimla. Her family had brought her to IGMC for treatment after she developed a high fever. Following medical advice, she underwent a swine flu test, which returned a positive result. The infant is currently undergoing treatment at the hospital, and doctors are closely monitoring her condition. Following this confirmed case, the Health Department has issued directives to hospitals to heighten vigilance. Doctors have been instructed to keep a close watch on patients exhibiting symptoms of viral infections and to conduct random sampling as necessary. The department has also urged the public to exercise caution and advised the use of masks in crowded areas. According to the Health Department, symptoms associated with swine flu should not be ignored; it is crucial to seek timely medical advice and testing if symptoms such as high fever, cough, or signs of a viral infection appear. Special emphasis has been placed on taking extra precautions to protect young children and other vulnerable individuals from the infection.
