हिमाचल प्रदेश राज्य विद्युत परिषद लिमिटेड के विद्युत उप मंडल राजगढ़ के अंतर्गत आने वाले दर्जनों क्षेत्रों में बुधवार, 15 जुलाई को आवश्यक मरम्मत और रखरखाव के चलते बिजली आपूर्ति पूरी तरह से बाधित रहेगी। विद्युत उप मंडल राजगढ़ के सहायक अभियंता अंकित वर्मा ने जानकारी देते हुए बताया कि 33 केवी लाइन में अति आवश्यक मरम्मत व रखरखाव का कार्य किया जाना बेहद जरूरी है। इसी महत्वपूर्ण कार्य को अंजाम देने के लिए विभाग द्वारा सुबह 09:00 बजे से लेकर शाम 06:00 बजे तक बिजली का शटडाउन लेने का फैसला किया गया है। इस शटडाउन के कारण क्षेत्र के अंतर्गत आने वाले राजगढ़, खेरी, मछेर, बडू साहिब, हब्बन, दीदग, मरयोग, चरना, नौहराधार, बोगधार, पनोग, हरिपुरधार, रोनहाट और कुपवी सहित कई अन्य छोटे-बड़े गांवों व कस्बों में निर्धारित समय के दौरान विद्युत आपूर्ति पूरी तरह बंद रहेगी। सहायक अभियंता ने स्पष्ट किया है कि बिजली कटौती का यह शेड्यूल पूरी तरह से मौसम के मिजाज पर निर्भर करेगा। यदि 15 जुलाई को क्षेत्र में मौसम खराब रहता है या भारी बारिश होती है, तो यह मरम्मत कार्य स्थगित कर दिया जाएगा और शटडाउन अगले दिन यानी 16 जुलाई को समान समयावधि के लिए लागू किया जाएगा। विद्युत विभाग ने क्षेत्र के तमाम उपभोक्ताओं, व्यवसायियों और संस्थानों से अपील की है कि वे सभी आवश्यक घरेलू व व्यावसायिक कार्यों को सुबह 9 बजे से पहले ही निपटा लें। विभाग ने मरम्मत कार्य के दौरान उपभोक्ताओं से सहयोग बनाए रखने की अपील की है और कार्य के दौरान होने वाली अस्थाई असुविधा के लिए गहरा खेद भी जताया है।

Power supply will be completely disrupted on Wednesday, July 15, in dozens of areas falling under the Rajgarh Electrical Sub-division of the Himachal Pradesh State Electricity Board Limited due to essential repair and maintenance work. Ankit Verma, Assistant Engineer of the Rajgarh Electrical Sub-division, stated that urgent repair and maintenance work on the 33 kV line is absolutely necessary. To carry out this important task, the department has decided to implement a power shutdown from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Due to this shutdown, electricity supply will remain completely suspended during the scheduled hours in Rajgarh, Kheri, Machher, Badu Sahib, Habban, Didag, Maryog, Charna, Nohradhar, Bogdhar, Panog, Haripurdhar, Ronhat, and Kupvi, along with various other small and large villages and towns in the area. The Assistant Engineer clarified that this power cut schedule is entirely dependent on weather conditions. If the weather is inclement or there is heavy rainfall in the area on July 15, the repair work will be postponed, and the shutdown will be implemented the following day—July 16—for the same duration. The Electricity Department has appealed to all consumers, business owners, and institutions in the area to complete necessary domestic and commercial tasks before 9:00 AM. The department has also requested cooperation from consumers during the repair work and expressed deep regret for the temporary inconvenience caused.
