सिरमौर जिले के नारीवाला में बीती रात एक दर्दनाक सड़क हादसा सामने आया है। चांदनी पंचायत के प्रधान यशपाल से मिली जानकारी के अनुसार, यह हादसा रात करीब 10:15 बजे नारीवाला स्थित एक चाऊमीन-मोमो की दुकान के समीप हुआ। पुलिस से मिली जानकारी के अनुसार ओवरटेक करने के प्रयास के दौरान सामने से आ रही कार और बाइक की टक्कर हो गई। इस भीषण दुर्घटना में बाइक सवार 21 वर्षीय युवक विशाल ठाकुर (पुत्र जय पाल ठाकुर) की मौके पर ही दर्दनाक मौत हो गई। इस हादसे में बाइक पर सवार दूसरा युवक अभिषेक गंभीर रूप से घायल हो गया है, जिसे उपचार के लिए नाहन अस्पताल में भर्ती करवाया गया है। 21 साल के होनहार विशाल ठाकुर के इस तरह अचानक चले जाने से पूरे कठवार और चांदनी क्षेत्र में मातम पसरा हुआ है। हर आंख नम है और इस हृदयविदारक घटना से पूरा इलाका स्तब्ध है। प्रधान यशपाल से मिली जानकारी के अनुसार, दिवंगत विशाल ठाकुर का अंतिम संस्कार आज दोपहर 3:00 से 4:00 बजे के बीच उनके पैतृक क्षेत्र कठवार में किया जाएगा। पांवटा साहिब के डीएसपी (DSP) मानवेंद्र ठाकुर ने मामले की पुष्टि करते हुए बताया कि पुलिस ने दुर्घटना के संबंध में मामला दर्ज कर आगामी कार्रवाई शुरू कर दी है। उन्होंने बताया कि हादसे के सही कारणों और गाड़ियों की स्थिति का सटीक पता लगाने के लिए पुलिस घटना स्थल के आसपास लगी CCTV फुटेज को खंगाल रही है।

A tragic road accident occurred last night in Nariwala, Sirmaur district. According to Yashpal, the Pradhan of Chandni Panchayat, the incident took place around 10:15 PM near a chowmein and momo stall in Nariwala. Police reports indicate that a collision occurred between an oncoming car and a motorcycle while an overtaking maneuver was being attempted. In this severe accident, the 21-year-old motorcyclist, Vishal Thakur (son of Jai Pal Thakur), died tragically at the scene. Another youth riding the motorcycle, Abhishek, sustained serious injuries in the accident and has been admitted to Nahan Hospital for treatment. The sudden passing of the promising 21-year-old Vishal Thakur has cast a pall of gloom over the entire Kathwar and Chandni region; the entire area is in shock, and there is sorrow in every eye over this heart-wrenching incident. According to Pradhan Yashpal, the last rites of the deceased, Vishal Thakur, will be performed today between 3:00 PM and 4:00 PM in his native area of Kathwar. Confirming the incident, Paonta Sahib DSP Manvendra Thakur stated that the police have registered a case regarding the accident and initiated further action. He added that the police are examining CCTV footage from the vicinity of the accident site to ascertain the exact cause of the crash and the details regarding the vehicles involved.
