जिले के दो सरकारी विद्यालयों में मंगलवार को विद्यालय प्रबंधन समिति (एसएमसी) के गठन के लिए आम सभाओं का आयोजन किया गया। दोनों विद्यालयों में अभिभावकों एवं स्थानीय जनप्रतिनिधियों की उपस्थिति में सर्वसम्मति से नई कार्यकारिणियों का गठन किया गया। राजकीय वरिष्ठ माध्यमिक विद्यालय मिश्रवाला में आयोजित आम सभा में कार्यवाहक प्रधानाचार्य शिवानी बहुगुणा ने नई विद्यालय प्रबंधन समिति के गठन के उद्देश्य से अभिभावकों को संबोधित करते हुए विद्यालय के सर्वांगीण विकास में सक्रिय सहयोग का आह्वान किया। विचार-विमर्श के बाद दाऊद अली को सर्वसम्मति से एसएमसी अध्यक्ष चुना गया। इसके साथ ही 16 सदस्यीय विद्यालय प्रबंधन समिति का गठन किया गया, जिसमें सभी वर्गों की सहभागिता सुनिश्चित की गई। सभा में पंचायत प्रधान रसीला बेगम, पूर्व एसएमसी अध्यक्ष रमजान अली, ग्राम पंचायत मेलियों के प्रधान रफीक, पूर्व प्रधान शुक्करदीन, उपप्रधान अख्तर अली, फरीज मोहम्मद, अभिभावकों तथा विद्यालय के शिक्षकों ने भाग लिया। वहीं, राजकीय प्राथमिक पाठशाला बेहड़ेवाला में निवर्तमान एसएमसी अध्यक्ष संजय कुमार की अध्यक्षता में आम सभा आयोजित की गई। बैठक में सर्वसम्मति से संजय कुमार को पुनः विद्यालय प्रबंधन समिति का अध्यक्ष चुना गया। विद्यालय प्रभारी राम लाल हांडा को सदस्य सचिव बनाया गया, जबकि बिमला देवी, अनुपमा, बालमा, आशा देवी, निहारिका और कविता चौधरी को समिति का सदस्य मनोनीत किया गया। बैठक के अंत में विद्यालय प्रभारी राम लाल हांडा ने सभी अभिभावकों का आभार व्यक्त किया तथा जलपान की व्यवस्था भी की। दोनों विद्यालयों में नवगठित विद्यालय प्रबंधन समितियों ने विद्यालयों के शैक्षणिक स्तर को मजबूत करने, विद्यार्थियों के हितों को प्राथमिकता देने तथा विद्यालय के समग्र विकास के लिए मिलकर कार्य करने का संकल्प लिया।

General body meetings were held on Tuesday to constitute School Management Committees (SMCs) in two government schools of the district. New executive bodies were formed unanimously at both schools in the presence of parents and local public representatives. At the meeting held at Government Senior Secondary School, Mishrawala, Acting Principal Shivani Bahuguna addressed the parents regarding the formation of the new SMC and called for active cooperation in the school's all-round development. Following deliberations, Daud Ali was unanimously elected as the SMC President. A 16-member committee was constituted, ensuring representation from all sections of society. Attendees included Panchayat Pradhan Rasila Begum, former SMC President Ramzan Ali, Gram Panchayat Meliyon Pradhan Rafiq, former Pradhan Shukkardin, Deputy Pradhan Akhtar Ali, Fariz Mohammad, as well as parents and teachers. Meanwhile, a general body meeting was held at Government Primary School, Behdewala, presided over by outgoing SMC President Sanjay Kumar. Sanjay Kumar was unanimously re-elected as the SMC President. School In-charge Ram Lal Handa was appointed as Member Secretary, while Bimla Devi, Anupama, Balma, Asha Devi, Niharika, and Kavita Chaudhary were nominated as committee members. At the conclusion of the meeting, School In-charge Ram Lal Handa expressed gratitude to the parents and arranged for refreshments. The newly formed SMCs at both schools pledged to work together to strengthen academic standards, prioritize student interests, and ensure the holistic development of the schools.
