हिमाचल स्वास्थ्य विभाग में 300 डॉक्टर और 200 नर्सों की होगी भर्ती, PHC-CHC में मिलेगी तैनाती

हिमाचल प्रदेश के स्वास्थ्य विभाग में डॉक्टरों और नर्सों की कमी दूर करने के लिए बड़े स्तर पर भर्ती की तैयारी शुरू हो गई है। विभाग में 300 डॉक्टर और 200 नर्सों की भर्ती की जाएगी। सरकार का लक्ष्य वर्ष 2027 तक स्वास्थ्य विभाग के सभी रिक्त पदों को भरना है। नए भर्ती होने वाले डॉक्टरों को डेपुटेशन पर भेजने के बजाय सीधे प्राथमिक स्वास्थ्य केंद्रों (PHC), सामुदायिक स्वास्थ्य केंद्रों (CHC) और आदर्श अस्पतालों में तैनात किया जाएगा। इससे ग्रामीण और दूरदराज के क्षेत्रों में स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं को मजबूत करने में मदद मिलने की उम्मीद है। स्वास्थ्य विभाग ने भर्ती प्रक्रिया को आगे बढ़ाने की तैयारियां शुरू कर दी हैं। विधानसभा का मानसून सत्र समाप्त होने के बाद डॉक्टरों और नर्सों की भर्ती का प्रस्ताव कमीशन को भेजा जाएगा, जिसके बाद भर्ती प्रक्रिया शुरू होगी। विभाग के अनुसार, जिन अस्पतालों में डॉक्टरों की कमी है, वहां विशेषज्ञ डॉक्टरों की तैनाती पर भी जोर दिया जाएगा। सरकार का मानना है कि पर्याप्त संख्या में डॉक्टर और नर्स उपलब्ध होने से मरीजों को स्थानीय स्तर पर बेहतर स्वास्थ्य सुविधाएं मिल सकेंगी और उन्हें छोटी-छोटी समस्याओं के लिए जिला अस्पतालों या मेडिकल कॉलेजों का रुख नहीं करना पड़ेगा।

Preparations are underway for large-scale recruitment to address the shortage of doctors and nurses in the Himachal Pradesh Health Department. A total of 300 doctors and 200 nurses will be recruited. The government aims to fill all vacant positions within the Health Department by 2027. Instead of being sent on deputation, the newly recruited doctors will be posted directly to Primary Health Centres (PHCs), Community Health Centres (CHCs), and Model Hospitals. This move is expected to help strengthen healthcare services in rural and remote areas. The Health Department has initiated preparations to advance the recruitment process. A proposal for the recruitment of doctors and nurses will be submitted to the commission following the conclusion of the Assembly's monsoon session, after which the hiring process will commence. According to the department, emphasis will also be placed on deploying specialist doctors to hospitals facing a shortage. The government believes that the availability of an adequate number of doctors and nurses will enable patients to access better healthcare facilities locally, eliminating the need for them to visit district hospitals or medical colleges for minor ailments.
