हिमाचल में कैबिनेट विस्तार को लेकर बढ़ी सियासी हलचल, दिल्ली पहुंचे सीएम सुक्खू समेत कई मंत्री

हिमाचल प्रदेश में संभावित कैबिनेट विस्तार को लेकर सियासी हलचल तेज हो गई है। मुख्यमंत्री सुखविंदर सिंह सुक्खू, उपमुख्यमंत्री मुकेश अग्निहोत्री और प्रदेश कांग्रेस अध्यक्ष विनय कुमार समेत सरकार के कई वरिष्ठ नेता इन दिनों दिल्ली में हैं। इसके अलावा कैबिनेट मंत्री धनीराम शांडिल, चंद्र कुमार, हर्षवर्धन चौहान और शिक्षा मंत्री रोहित ठाकुर के भी दिल्ली में होने से मंत्रिमंडल विस्तार की चर्चाओं ने जोर पकड़ लिया है। जानकारी के मुताबिक, मुख्यमंत्री सुक्खू ने सोमवार को कांग्रेस के राष्ट्रीय संगठन महासचिव केसी वेणुगोपाल से मुलाकात की। इसके बाद मंत्रिमंडल में संभावित बदलाव को लेकर अटकलें और तेज हो गई हैं। हिमाचल सरकार के मंत्रिमंडल में लंबे समय से एक पद खाली चल रहा है और अब इस पद को भरने की संभावना जताई जा रही है। हालांकि, राजनीतिक गलियारों में यह चर्चा भी है कि विस्तार के साथ किसी मौजूदा मंत्री की छुट्टी हो सकती है। कैबिनेट में संभावित फेरबदल को लेकर वरिष्ठ मंत्रियों के नाम भी चर्चा में हैं। धनीराम शांडिल और चंद्र कुमार की उम्र करीब 84 वर्ष है, ऐसे में उम्र और आगामी राजनीतिक समीकरणों को देखते हुए मंत्रिमंडल में बदलाव की संभावना से इनकार नहीं किया जा रहा है। वहीं, शिमला संसदीय क्षेत्र से जुड़े राजनीतिक समीकरणों पर भी चर्चा हो रही है। फिलहाल अंतिम फैसला कांग्रेस आलाकमान और मुख्यमंत्री सुक्खू की सहमति के बाद ही सामने आएगा। दिल्ली में चल रही बैठकों के बाद हिमाचल की राजनीति में आने वाले दिनों में बड़ा बदलाव देखने को मिल सकता है।

Political activity regarding a potential cabinet expansion in Himachal Pradesh has intensified. Several senior government leaders—including Chief Minister Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu, Deputy Chief Minister Mukesh Agnihotri, and State Congress President Vinay Kumar—are currently in Delhi. The presence of cabinet ministers Dhani Ram Shandil, Chander Kumar, and Harshwardhan Chauhan, along with Education Minister Rohit Thakur, in the capital has further fueled speculation about a cabinet reshuffle. According to reports, Chief Minister Sukhu met with Congress General Secretary (Organization) K.C. Venugopal on Monday, intensifying speculation about possible changes to the cabinet. A ministerial post has remained vacant in the Himachal government for a long time, and there is now a strong possibility of it being filled. However, there is also talk in political circles that an existing minister might be dropped during the expansion. The names of senior ministers are being discussed in the context of this potential reshuffle; given that Dhani Ram Shandil and Chander Kumar are around 84 years old, the possibility of cabinet changes—considering age factors and upcoming political equations—cannot be ruled out. Discussions are also underway regarding political dynamics related to the Shimla parliamentary constituency. Ultimately, a final decision will emerge only after the Congress high command and Chief Minister Sukhu reach a consensus.
