श्री गुरु गोबिंद सिंह जी राजकीय महाविद्यालय पांवटा साहिब एवं बीकेडी कॉलेज ऑफ एजुकेशन फॉर वुमेन, पांवटा साहिब के विद्यार्थियों ने आज नीट पेपर लीक प्रकरण तथा छात्रों के हितों से जुड़े मुद्दों को लेकर शांतिपूर्ण विरोध-प्रदर्शन किया। प्रदर्शन के उपरांत विद्यार्थियों ने उपमंडल अधिकारी (एसडीएम), पांवटा साहिब के माध्यम से राष्ट्रपति के नाम ज्ञापन सौंपा। विद्यार्थियों ने कहा कि पेपर लीक केवल एक परीक्षा में हुई अनियमितता नहीं, बल्कि लाखों मेहनती विद्यार्थियों के सपनों, वर्षों की मेहनत और उनके उज्ज्वल भविष्य पर सीधा प्रहार है। यदि परीक्षाओं की निष्पक्षता पर प्रश्नचिह्न लगते हैं, तो देश के युवाओं का विश्वास भी कमजोर होता है। इसलिए दोषियों को किसी भी कीमत पर बख्शा नहीं जाना चाहिए। ज्ञापन में मांग की गई कि नीट पेपर लीक मामले की निष्पक्ष, पारदर्शी और समयबद्ध जांच कर दोषियों के विरुद्ध कठोरतम कानूनी कार्रवाई सुनिश्चित की जाए तथा भविष्य में ऐसी घटनाओं की पुनरावृत्ति रोकने के लिए परीक्षा प्रणाली को और अधिक सुरक्षित, पारदर्शी एवं जवाबदेह बनाया जाए। विद्यार्थियों ने यह भी कहा कि लोकतांत्रिक व्यवस्था में अपनी बात शांतिपूर्ण ढंग से रखने वाले छात्रों की आवाज़ को बल प्रयोग से दबाने के बजाय उनकी चिंताओं को गंभीरता से सुना जाना चाहिए। शिक्षा, संविधान और लोकतंत्र की भावना यही है कि युवाओं की आवाज़ का सम्मान किया जाए। प्रदर्शन में विद्यार्थियों ने केंद्रीय शिक्षा मंत्री धर्मेंद्र प्रधान से नैतिक जिम्मेदारी लेते हुए अपने पद से इस्तीफा देने की मांग भी उठाई। उनका कहना था कि लगातार सामने आ रही परीक्षा संबंधी अनियमितताओं ने देश के करोड़ों छात्रों का विश्वास डगमगा दिया है, जिसकी जवाबदेही तय होनी चाहिए।विद्यार्थियों ने दोहराया कि उनका आंदोलन पूरी तरह शांतिपूर्ण, लोकतांत्रिक और संविधानसम्मत है। यह किसी व्यक्ति विशेष के विरुद्ध नहीं, बल्कि देश के प्रत्येक विद्यार्थी के भविष्य, शिक्षा व्यवस्था की विश्वसनीयता और न्याय की मांग के लिए है।

Students from Sri Guru Gobind Singh Ji Government College, Paonta Sahib, and BKD College of Education for Women, Paonta Sahib, staged a peaceful protest today regarding the NEET paper leak incident and other issues concerning student interests. Following the protest, the students submitted a memorandum addressed to the President through the Sub-Divisional Magistrate (SDM) of Paonta Sahib. The students stated that the paper leak was not merely an irregularity in a single examination but a direct blow to the dreams, years of hard work, and bright futures of lakhs of diligent students. They emphasized that if the fairness of examinations is called into question, the confidence of the nation's youth is undermined; therefore, the guilty must not be spared at any cost. The memorandum demanded a fair, transparent, and time-bound investigation into the NEET paper leak case, along with the strictest legal action against the perpetrators. It also called for making the examination system more secure, transparent, and accountable to prevent the recurrence of such incidents in the future. The students further asserted that in a democratic system, the concerns of students who peacefully voice their opinions should be heard seriously rather than suppressed through the use of force. Respecting the voice of the youth is the true essence of education, the Constitution, and democracy. During the protest, the students also demanded that Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan resign from his post, taking moral responsibility. They argued that the recurring irregularities related to examinations have shaken the confidence of crores of students across the country, and accountability must be fixed. The students reiterated that their movement is entirely peaceful, democratic, and constitutional; it is not directed against any specific individual but is a stand for the future of every student in the country, the credibility of the education system, and the cause of justice.
