नेपाल में प्राकृतिक आपदा से मची तबाही के बाद हिमाचल प्रदेश में भी प्रशासन अलर्ट हो गया है। प्रदेश की आपदा प्रबंधन से जुड़ी सभी एजेंसियों को सतर्क रहने के निर्देश दिए गए हैं। संवेदनशील इलाकों में निगरानी बढ़ाने और किसी भी आपात स्थिति से निपटने की तैयारी रखने को कहा गया है। लोगों से भी खराब मौसम के दौरान सावधानी बरतने की अपील की गई है। हिमाचल में 30 जून से अब तक मानसून के दौरान प्राकृतिक आपदाओं और सड़क हादसों में 247 लोगों की मौत हो चुकी है। इनमें 103 लोगों की जान प्राकृतिक आपदाओं में और 144 लोगों की मौत सड़क हादसों में हुई है। इस दौरान 396 लोग घायल हुए हैं और एक व्यक्ति अभी भी लापता है। वहीं, 449 पशु-पक्षियों की मौत हुई है और कई मकानों को भी नुकसान पहुंचा है। प्रदेश में मानसून से अब तक 1,183 करोड़ रुपये से अधिक का नुकसान दर्ज किया गया है।

Following the devastation caused by the natural disaster in Nepal, the administration in Himachal Pradesh has been put on alert. Instructions have been issued to all agencies involved in disaster management across the state to remain vigilant. Directives have been given to step up monitoring in vulnerable areas and to ensure preparedness to handle any emergency situation. The public has also been urged to exercise caution during inclement weather. Since June 30, 247 people have lost their lives in Himachal Pradesh due to natural disasters and road accidents during the monsoon season; of these, 103 deaths were caused by natural disasters and 144 by road accidents. During this period, 396 people have been injured, and one person remains missing. Additionally, 449 animals and birds have perished, and numerous houses have sustained damage. The state has recorded losses exceeding ₹1,183 crore due to the monsoon so far.
