सोलन। नशे के खिलाफ चलाए जा रहे अभियान के तहत सोलन पुलिस की एसआईयू टीम ने धर्मपुर क्षेत्र में बड़ी कार्रवाई की है। पुलिस टीम ने माड़ो-मटकंडा स्थित एक ढाबे पर दबिश देकर शिमला जिले के दो युवकों को गिरफ्तार किया। तलाशी के दौरान आरोपियों के कब्जे से 6.80 ग्राम चिट्टा और ट्रामाडोल के 28 कैप्सूल बरामद किए गए। पुलिस के अनुसार, टीम को गुप्त सूचना मिली थी, जिसके आधार पर मानसरोवर ढाबे पर कार्रवाई की गई। गिरफ्तार आरोपियों की पहचान तुषार चौहान और ऋतिक, दोनों जिला शिमला के टिक्कर क्षेत्र के निवासी के रूप में हुई है। पुलिस ने बरामद नशीले पदार्थों को कब्जे में लेकर दोनों के खिलाफ एनडीपीएस एक्ट के तहत मामला दर्ज किया है। जांच में यह भी सामने आया है कि आरोपी तुषार चौहान के खिलाफ शिमला जिले के रोहड़ू थाने में पहले से चार आपराधिक मामले दर्ज हैं, जिनमें दो मामले मादक पदार्थ अधिनियम से जुड़े बताए गए हैं। दोनों आरोपियों को अदालत में पेश किया गया, जहां से उन्हें चार दिन की पुलिस रिमांड पर भेज दिया गया। अब पुलिस आरोपियों से पूछताछ कर नशीले पदार्थों की सप्लाई और इसके पीछे जुड़े अन्य लोगों की जानकारी जुटा रही है

Solan. As part of the ongoing campaign against drug abuse, the Solan Police's SIU team has carried out a major operation in the Dharampur area. The police team raided a dhaba located at Mado-Matkanda and arrested two youths from Shimla district. During the search, 6.80 grams of 'Chitta' (synthetic drug/heroin) and 28 capsules of Tramadol were recovered from the accused. According to the police, the team acted on a tip-off to raid the 'Mansarovar Dhaba'. The arrested individuals have been identified as Tushar Chauhan and Hritik, both residents of the Tikkar area in Shimla district. The police have seized the contraband and registered a case against both under the NDPS Act. Investigation revealed that Tushar Chauhan already has four criminal cases registered against him at the Rohru police station in Shimla district, two of which are related to the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act. Both accused were produced in court and subsequently remanded to police custody for four days. The police are now interrogating the accused to gather information regarding the supply chain of the narcotics and other individuals involved in the racket.
