संसद के मॉनसून सत्र की शुरुआत से पहले, प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने सभी राजनीतिक दलों और सांसदों से अपील की कि वे सदन की कार्यवाही को सकारात्मक और उत्पादक बनाए रखें। उन्होंने ज़ोर दिया कि संसद में चर्चा हंगामे के बजाय तथ्यों और मज़बूत तर्कों पर आधारित होनी चाहिए, ताकि राष्ट्रीय महत्व के मुद्दों पर सार्थक निर्णय लिए जा सकें। मीडिया को संबोधित करते हुए, प्रधानमंत्री ने मॉनसून के मौसम और संसदीय सत्र के बीच समानता बताई। उन्होंने कहा कि जिस तरह देश के विकास और जन-कल्याण के लिए अच्छा मॉनसून ज़रूरी है, उसी तरह संसद का मॉनसून सत्र भी राष्ट्रीय हित में उत्पादक होना चाहिए। उन्होंने कहा, "जहां मज़बूत तर्क और ठोस तथ्य हों, वहां हंगामे की ज़रूरत नहीं है। संसद ऐसी जगह होनी चाहिए जहां हर आवाज़ का सम्मान हो और चर्चा लोकतांत्रिक तरीके से हो।" अपने संबोधन में, प्रधानमंत्री ने भारत के तेज़ी से बढ़ते अंतरिक्ष क्षेत्र की भी तारीफ़ की और देश की उपलब्धियों पर गर्व जताया। उन्होंने विशेष रूप से निजी अंतरिक्ष स्टार्टअप 'स्काईरूट एयरोस्पेस' का ज़िक्र किया। इसके अलावा, बिना किसी का नाम लिए, उन्होंने "56 साल के युवा" का ज़िक्र करते हुए विपक्ष पर तंज कसा। पीएम मोदी का यह बयान ऐसे समय में आया है जब मॉनसून सत्र के दौरान कई अहम बिलों और राष्ट्रीय मुद्दों पर सरकार और विपक्ष के बीच तीखी बहस होने की उम्मीद है।

Ahead of the commencement of Parliament's Monsoon Session, Prime Minister Narendra Modi appealed to all political parties and Members of Parliament to ensure that the proceedings of the House remain positive and productive. He emphasized that discussions in Parliament should be based on facts and strong arguments rather than uproar, enabling meaningful decisions on issues of national importance. Addressing the media, the Prime Minister drew a parallel between the monsoon season and the parliamentary session, stating that just as a good monsoon is vital for the country's development and public welfare, the Monsoon Session of Parliament should also be productive in the national interest. He said, "Where there are strong arguments and solid facts, there is no need for a storm (uproar). Parliament should be a place where every voice is respected and discussions take place in a democratic manner." In his address, the Prime Minister also lauded India's rapidly growing space sector and expressed pride in the nation's achievements, specifically mentioning the private space startup Skyroot Aerospace Additionally, without naming anyone directly, he took a dig at the opposition by referring to a "56-year-old youth." PM Modi's statement comes at a time when heated debates between the government and the opposition are anticipated regarding several key bills and national issues during the Monsoon Session.
