जिला सिरमौर पुलिस की पीओ (Proclaimed Offender) सेल ने एक बड़ी कार्रवाई करते हुए वर्ष 2019 के मामले में उद्घोषित अपराधी को गिरफ्तार करने में सफलता हासिल की है। पुलिस के अनुसार, थाना राजगढ़ में भारतीय दंड संहिता से संबंधित मामले में वांछित उद्घोषित अपराधी कुशाल ठाकुर, निवासी गांव कुंथल, डाकघर नेरीपुल, तहसील राजगढ़, जिला सिरमौर, को जिला शिमला के छेला क्षेत्र से गिरफ्तार किया गया। पुलिस ने बताया कि आरोपी लंबे समय से फरार चल रहा था, जिसके विरुद्ध न्यायालय द्वारा उद्घोषित अपराधी घोषित किया गया था। पीओ सेल ने लगातार निगरानी और तकनीकी सूचना के आधार पर उसे दबोचने में सफलता प्राप्त की।गिरफ्तार आरोपी के विरुद्ध थाना राजगढ़ में नियमानुसार आगामी कानूनी कार्रवाई की जा रही है। पुलिस ने बताया कि आरोपी को निर्धारित प्रक्रिया के तहत माननीय न्यायालय में पेश किया जाएगा।

In a significant operation, the Proclaimed Offender (PO) Cell of the Sirmaur District Police has successfully arrested a proclaimed offender involved in a 2019 case. According to the police, Kushal Thakur—a resident of Village Kunthal, Post Office Neripul, Tehsil Rajgarh, District Sirmaur—was arrested from the Chella area of Shimla district; he was wanted in a case registered at the Rajgarh Police Station under the Indian Penal Code. The police stated that the accused had been absconding for a long time and had been declared a proclaimed offender by the court. The PO Cell succeeded in apprehending him based on continuous surveillance and technical intelligence. Further legal action is being taken against the arrested accused at the Rajgarh Police Station in accordance with the law. The police added that the accused would be produced before the honorable court following the prescribed procedure.
