नई दिल्ली: डिपार्टमेंट ऑफ़ स्पेस ने ISRO सेंटर्स को निर्देश दिया है कि वे ग्रुप 'A' के साइंटिफिक और टेक्निकल कर्मचारियों, खासकर गगनयान जैसे अहम नेशनल मिशन से जुड़े लोगों के इस्तीफ़े या वॉलंटरी रिटायरमेंट (स्वैच्छिक सेवानिवृत्ति) की रिक्वेस्ट को आम तौर पर स्वीकार न करें। यह फ़ैसला ऐसी रिपोर्ट्स के बीच लिया गया है कि हाल के महीनों में 100 से ज़्यादा वैज्ञानिकों और इंजीनियरों ने ऑर्गनाइज़ेशन छोड़ने की इच्छा जताई है, जिससे अहम स्पेस प्रोग्राम्स पर असर पड़ने की चिंता बढ़ गई है। एक ऑफ़िशियल मेमोरैंडम के अनुसार, इस्तीफ़े और वॉलंटरी रिटायरमेंट की रिक्वेस्ट में हालिया बढ़ोतरी से नेशनल महत्व के प्रोजेक्ट्स के लागू होने पर असर पड़ने लगा है। डिपार्टमेंट ने ISRO सेंटर्स से कहा है कि वे ऐसी रिक्वेस्ट को रूटीन के तौर पर मंज़ूरी देने के बजाय उनकी सावधानी से जांच करें, ताकि स्ट्रैटेजिक मिशन पर काम कर रहे अनुभवी वैज्ञानिकों को बनाए रखा जा सके। इस निर्देश का मकसद भारत के महत्वाकांक्षी स्पेस प्रोग्राम्स में निरंतरता बनाए रखना है, जिसमें गगनयान ह्यूमन स्पेसफ़्लाइट मिशन और अन्य बड़े सैटेलाइट और लॉन्च व्हीकल प्रोजेक्ट्स शामिल हैं। हालांकि सरकार ने नौकरी छोड़ने की रिक्वेस्ट के रिव्यू प्रोसेस को सख़्त कर दिया है, लेकिन इस्तीफ़े और वॉलंटरी रिटायरमेंट को लागू सर्विस रूल्स और एडमिनिस्ट्रेटिव प्रक्रियाओं के अनुसार ही निपटाया जाता रहेगा। इस्तीफ़े की बढ़ती रिक्वेस्ट के बीच सरकार ने ISRO वैज्ञानिकों के नौकरी छोड़ने के नियमों को सख़्त किया

New Delhi: The Department of Space has instructed ISRO centers not to routinely accept requests for resignation or voluntary retirement from Group 'A' scientific and technical staff—particularly those associated with critical national missions like Gaganyaan. This decision follows reports indicating that over 100 scientists and engineers have expressed a desire to leave the organization in recent months, raising concerns about the impact on vital space programs. According to an official memorandum, the recent surge in resignation and voluntary retirement requests has begun to affect the implementation of projects of national importance. The Department has directed ISRO centers to carefully scrutinize such requests rather than approving them as a matter of routine, in order to retain experienced scientists working on strategic missions. The directive aims to ensure continuity in India's ambitious space programs, including the Gaganyaan human spaceflight mission and other major satellite and launch vehicle projects. While the government has tightened the review process for requests to leave service, resignations and voluntary retirements will continue to be handled in accordance with applicable service rules and administrative procedures.
