जिला सिरमौर के पुलिस थाना कालाआम्ब की टीम ने अवैध रूप से शराब रखने और बेचने के मामले में कार्रवाई करते हुए एक व्यक्ति के खिलाफ आबकारी अधिनियम के तहत मामला दर्ज किया है। पुलिस के अनुसार टीम क्षेत्र में गश्त पर थी और कालाआम्ब बाजार में मौजूद थी। इसी दौरान पुलिस को गुप्त सूचना मिली कि मैनथप्पल होटल के समीप एक चाय की दुकान पर काम करने वाला व्यक्ति कथित तौर पर अवैध रूप से शराब बेचने का काम करता है। सूचना के आधार पर पुलिस टीम ने संबंधित दुकान पर दबिश देकर नियमानुसार तलाशी ली। तलाशी के दौरान दुकान से देसी शराब की कुल 7 बोतलें बरामद हुईं। पुलिस के मुताबिक शराब को रखने के लिए संबंधित व्यक्ति के पास कोई वैध लाइसेंस या परमिट नहीं था। इस मामले में पुलिस थाना कालाआम्ब में आबकारी अधिनियम के तहत मामला दर्ज कर लिया गया है। पुलिस ने मामले की आगामी जांच शुरू कर दी है।

A team from the Kala-Amb police station in Sirmaur district has registered a case under the Excise Act against an individual for the illegal possession and sale of liquor. According to the police, the team was on patrol in the area and present at the Kala-Amb market when they received a tip-off. The information indicated that a person working at a tea stall near the Mainthappal Hotel was allegedly selling liquor illegally. Acting on this information, the police team raided the shop and conducted a search in accordance with procedure. During the search, a total of seven bottles of country liquor were recovered from the premises. Police stated that the individual possessed no valid license or permit for the liquor. A case has been registered at the Kala-Amb police station under the Excise Act, and an investigation into the matter is underway.
