हिमाचल विधानसभा में रोजगार का मुद्दा गरम, भर्ती और रिक्त पदों पर सरकार से सवाल

हिमाचल प्रदेश विधानसभा के मानसून सत्र में बुधवार को रोजगार और सरकारी विभागों में खाली पड़े पदों का मुद्दा प्रमुखता से उठा। विपक्ष ने विभिन्न विभागों में रिक्त पदों को लेकर सरकार से सवाल किए और भर्ती प्रक्रिया में हो रही देरी पर चिंता जताई। सदन में सरकारी नौकरियों और युवाओं से जुड़े मुद्दे पर सत्ता पक्ष और विपक्ष के बीच तीखी बहस भी देखने को मिली। विधायकों ने सरकारी विभागों में लंबे समय से खाली पड़े पदों को भरने की मांग उठाई। उनका कहना था कि पद खाली रहने से विभागों के कामकाज पर असर पड़ रहा है और युवाओं को रोजगार के अवसरों के लिए लंबे समय तक इंतजार करना पड़ रहा है। भर्ती प्रक्रिया में पारदर्शिता और समयबद्ध तरीके से नियुक्तियां करने की मांग भी सदन में उठाई गई।
आउटसोर्स कर्मचारियों का मुद्दा भी विधानसभा में चर्चा का विषय रहा। कर्मचारियों की स्थिति, उनके भविष्य और सेवा से जुड़ी नीतियों को लेकर सरकार से जवाब मांगा गया। विपक्ष ने सरकार से पूछा कि आउटसोर्स कर्मचारियों के हितों की रक्षा के लिए क्या कदम उठाए जा रहे हैं और विभिन्न विभागों में रिक्त पदों को भरने के लिए सरकार की क्या योजना है। सरकार की ओर से सदन में रोजगार और भर्ती से जुड़े मामलों पर अपना पक्ष रखा गया। सरकार ने कहा कि विभागों में आवश्यकतानुसार पदों को भरने की प्रक्रिया आगे बढ़ाई जा रही है। विधानसभा में हुई चर्चा के बाद रोजगार का मुद्दा एक बार फिर हिमाचल की राजनीति के केंद्र में आ गया है और युवाओं की नजर अब सरकार के आगामी फैसलों पर है।
