मेरठ होटल में किशोरी से दुष्कर्म के आरोप में युवक गिरफ्तार, मोबाइल से आपत्तिजनक वीडियो मिलने का दावा

मेरठ के सदर बाजार थाना क्षेत्र के थापरनगर स्थित एक होटल में नाबालिग किशोरी के साथ दुष्कर्म के आरोप में पुलिस ने एक युवक के खिलाफ मुकदमा दर्ज किया है। पुलिस के अनुसार, किशोरी के परिजनों की शिकायत के आधार पर आरोपी के खिलाफ दुष्कर्म और आपत्तिजनक वीडियो बनाने व प्रसारित करने से संबंधित धाराओं में कार्रवाई की गई है। नाबालिग की पहचान सार्वजनिक नहीं की गई है। बताया गया कि घटना की सूचना मिलने के बाद कुछ लोग होटल पहुंचे और आरोपी युवक को कमरे से पकड़कर पुलिस के हवाले कर दिया। मौके पर काफी देर तक हंगामा भी हुआ। पुलिस ने किशोरी को परिजनों के साथ थाने भेजा और उसके बयान दर्ज कराने के साथ मेडिकल परीक्षण कराया। मामले की जांच जारी है। पुलिस के मुताबिक, आरोपी के मोबाइल फोन की जांच के दौरान कई आपत्तिजनक वीडियो मिलने की बात सामने आई है। पुलिस यह पता लगाने में जुटी है कि वीडियो किससे संबंधित हैं और क्या उन्हें इंटरनेट मीडिया पर प्रसारित किया गया था। मामले में होटल की भूमिका की भी जांच की जा रही है। पुलिस ने होटल संचालक को भी मुकदमे में आरोपी बनाया है। पुलिस अधिकारियों का कहना है कि किशोरी के बयान, मेडिकल रिपोर्ट और इलेक्ट्रॉनिक साक्ष्यों के आधार पर आगे की कार्रवाई की जाएगी। पुलिस यह भी जांच कर रही है कि आरोपी और किशोरी के बीच संपर्क कब से था तथा होटल में कमरे की बुकिंग किस प्रक्रिया के तहत की गई थी। मामले में सामने आए सभी आरोपों की जांच के बाद ही स्थिति पूरी तरह स्पष्ट होगी।

According to the police, action has been taken against the accused under sections related to rape and the creation and dissemination of objectionable videos, based on a complaint filed by the girl's family. The identity of the minor has not been disclosed. It is reported that upon learning of the incident, some individuals arrived at the hotel, apprehended the accused in the room, and handed him over to the police. A commotion ensued at the scene for some time. The police sent the girl to the police station with her family, recorded her statement, and conducted a medical examination. The investigation is ongoing. According to the police, the examination of the accused's mobile phone revealed the presence of several objectionable videos. Authorities are working to determine the nature of these videos and whether they were circulated on social media. The role of the hotel in the matter is also being investigated; the police have named the hotel operator as an accused in the case. Police officials stated that further action would be taken based on the girl's statement, the medical report, and electronic evidence. The police are also investigating the history of contact between the accused and the girl, as well as the procedure followed to book the hotel room. The full picture will emerge only after an investigation into all the allegations raised in the case.
