देहरादून: उत्तराखंड में मानसून एक बार फिर सक्रिय हो गया है। सोमवार को देहरादून, नैनीताल समेत कई जिलों में झमाझम बारिश हुई, जबकि पर्वतीय क्षेत्रों में भी तेज बारिश दर्ज की गई। लगातार हो रही वर्षा से तापमान में गिरावट आई है, जिससे लोगों को उमस और गर्मी से राहत मिली है। मौसम विभाग ने संकेत दिए हैं कि अगले कुछ दिनों तक प्रदेश में बारिश का दौर जारी रह सकता है। मौसम विज्ञान केंद्र ने मंगलवार के लिए देहरादून, टिहरी, नैनीताल और बागेश्वर जिलों में भारी बारिश का यलो अलर्ट जारी किया है। इसके साथ ही पर्वतीय इलाकों में गर्जन के साथ आकाशीय बिजली गिरने और कहीं-कहीं तेज से अति तेज बारिश होने की चेतावनी दी गई है। विभाग ने लोगों को विशेष सतर्कता बरतने और खराब मौसम के दौरान अनावश्यक यात्रा से बचने की सलाह दी है। विभाग के अनुसार, मंगलवार को राज्य के अधिकांश जिलों में हल्की से मध्यम बारिश और गरज-चमक के साथ बौछारें पड़ने की संभावना है। वहीं हरिद्वार और ऊधमसिंह नगर जिलों में भी कुछ स्थानों पर गर्जन और बिजली चमकने के आसार हैं। प्रशासन ने संवेदनशील क्षेत्रों में रहने वाले लोगों से मौसम संबंधी अपडेट पर नजर रखने और नदी-नालों के आसपास जाने से बचने की अपील की है।

The Meteorological Department has indicated that the spell of rain is likely to continue across the state for the next few days. The Meteorological Centre has issued a 'Yellow Alert' for heavy rain in the districts of Dehradun, Tehri, Nainital, and Bageshwar for Tuesday. Additionally, warnings have been issued regarding thunderstorms accompanied by lightning strikes in hilly areas, along with forecasts of heavy to very heavy rainfall in some places. The department has advised people to exercise extra caution and avoid unnecessary travel during inclement weather. According to the department, light to moderate rain and thundershowers are expected in most districts of the state on Tuesday. Meanwhile, thunderstorms and lightning are also likely in some areas of Haridwar and Udham Singh Nagar districts. The administration has urged residents in vulnerable areas to keep track of weather updates and avoid venturing near rivers and streams.
