जिला सिरमौर के शिलाई क्षेत्र के राजकीय वरिष्ठ माध्यमिक विद्यालय बांदली ढाड़स में टीजीटी संस्कृत के पद पर कार्यरत विनोद शर्मा ने एनसीसी के क्षेत्र में उल्लेखनीय उपलब्धि हासिल करते हुए एसोसिएट एनसीसी ऑफिसर (एएनओ) का प्रशिक्षण सफलतापूर्वक पूरा कर लिया है। अब वह विद्यालय के एनसीसी कैडेट्स को प्रशिक्षण एवं मार्गदर्शन प्रदान करेंगे। विनोद शर्मा ने 3 जून से 1 अगस्त तक Officers Training Academy, Kamptee में आयोजित दो माह के कठोर एनसीसी प्रशिक्षण को सफलतापूर्वक पूरा किया। प्रशिक्षण के दौरान उन्होंने ड्रिल, नेतृत्व, अनुशासन, मैप रीडिंग, शारीरिक प्रशिक्षण, सैन्य कौशल तथा कैडेट्स के प्रशिक्षण से जुड़ी विभिन्न गतिविधियों का व्यावहारिक एवं सैद्धांतिक ज्ञान प्राप्त किया। प्रशिक्षण के उपरांत विद्यालय लौटे विनोद शर्मा ने कहा कि एनसीसी केवल वर्दी और परेड तक सीमित नहीं है, बल्कि यह विद्यार्थियों में अनुशासन, नेतृत्व क्षमता, आत्मविश्वास, राष्ट्रप्रेम और जिम्मेदारी की भावना विकसित करने का प्रभावी माध्यम है। उन्होंने विश्वास जताया कि वह विद्यालय के एनसीसी कैडेट्स को बेहतर प्रशिक्षण देकर उन्हें भविष्य की चुनौतियों के लिए तैयार करने का हर संभव प्रयास करेंगे। उनकी इस उपलब्धि पर विद्यालय के प्रधानाचार्य, शिक्षकों, विद्यार्थियों एवं क्षेत्रवासियों ने हर्ष व्यक्त करते हुए उन्हें बधाई और शुभकामनाएं दीं। विद्यालय में उनकी नियुक्ति से एनसीसी गतिविधियों को नई दिशा और गति मिलने की उम्मीद जताई जा रही है।

Vinod Sharma, a TGT (Trained Graduate Teacher) in Sanskrit at Government Senior Secondary School, Bandli Dhadhas (Shillai region, District Sirmour), has achieved a significant milestone by successfully completing the training to become an Associate NCC Officer (ANO). He will now provide training and guidance to the school's NCC cadets. Vinod Sharma successfully completed a rigorous two-month NCC training program held from June 3 to August 1 at the Officers Training Academy, Kamptee. During the training, he acquired both practical and theoretical knowledge in areas such as drill, leadership, discipline, map reading, physical training, military skills, and various activities related to cadet training. Upon returning to the school, Vinod Sharma remarked that the NCC is not merely about uniforms and parades; rather, it is an effective medium for fostering discipline, leadership qualities, self-confidence, patriotism, and a sense of responsibility among students. He expressed confidence that he would make every possible effort to prepare the school's NCC cadets for future challenges by providing them with excellent training. The school principal, teachers, students, and local residents expressed their joy and extended their congratulations and best wishes on his achievement. It is expected that his appointment will provide a new direction and momentum to NCC activities at the school.
