बद्दी पुलिस ने नशा तस्करी के आरोपी राहुल गुप्ता और उसके परिजनों पर बड़ी कार्रवाई करते हुए करीब 1.97 करोड़ रुपये की संपत्ति फ्रीज करवाई है। आरोपी के खिलाफ एनडीपीएस एक्ट के तहत दर्ज मामले में पुलिस ने उसके कब्जे से 10.330 किलोग्राम गांजा बरामद किया था। वित्तीय जांच के दौरान सामने आई संपत्तियों पर सक्षम प्राधिकारी एवं प्रशासक, नई दिल्ली ने फ्रीजिंग की पुष्टि की है। फ्रीज की गई संपत्तियों में लक्ष्मी नारायण कॉलोनी, वार्ड नंबर-7, बद्दी में 6 बिस्वा जमीन और तीन मंजिला भवन, जिसकी कीमत करीब 1.71 करोड़ रुपये, शामिल है। इसके अलावा करीब 24.69 लाख रुपये की Scorpio-N और विभिन्न बैंक खातों में जमा 1.42 लाख रुपये भी फ्रीज किए गए हैं। पुलिस ने कहा है कि नशा तस्करों की अवैध संपत्तियों की पहचान कर आर्थिक कार्रवाई आगे भी जारी रहेगी।

In a major crackdown, the Baddi police have frozen assets worth approximately ₹1.97 crore belonging to drug smuggling accused Rahul Gupta and his family members. Police had previously recovered 10.330 kg of cannabis from the accused, leading to a case being registered against him under the NDPS Act. The Competent Authority and Administrator in New Delhi has confirmed the freezing of these assets, which were identified during the financial investigation. The frozen assets include a three-story building and a plot of land measuring 6 *biswas* in Lakshmi Narayan Colony (Ward No. 7, Baddi), valued at approximately ₹1.71 crore. Additionally, a Scorpio-N vehicle worth around ₹24.69 lakh and ₹1.42 lakh deposited across various bank accounts have also been frozen. The police stated that financial enforcement actions targeting the illegal assets of drug smugglers will continue.
