राज्य स्तरीय शिक्षक पुरस्कार पर एचपीपीटीएफ ने उठाए सवाल

हिमाचल प्रदेश प्राथमिक शिक्षक संघ (एचपीपीटीएफ) का न्यू कॉम्प्लेक्स सिस्टम के विरोध में चल रहा क्रमिक अनशन लगातार जारी है। शिक्षक संघ ने राज्य स्तरीय शिक्षक पुरस्कारों की चयन प्रक्रिया पर भी सवाल उठाते हुए इसे निष्पक्ष और पारदर्शी बनाने की मांग की है। संघ का कहना है कि शिक्षकों की 25 सूत्रीय मांगों को लेकर सरकार से लगातार बातचीत के बावजूद अभी तक ठोस समाधान नहीं हुआ है। शिक्षक संघ के पदाधिकारियों ने कहा कि सरकार की ओर से मांगों पर आश्वासन दिए गए हैं, लेकिन उन्हें लिखित रूप में लागू किया जाना जरूरी है। संघ ने चेतावनी दी है कि यदि न्यू कॉम्प्लेक्स सिस्टम को वापस लेने और अन्य मांगों पर जल्द निर्णय नहीं लिया गया तो आंदोलन को और व्यापक किया जाएगा। संघ के अनुसार, प्रदेश में प्राथमिक शिक्षकों से जुड़े कई पद और पदोन्नति की प्रक्रिया भी इस व्यवस्था से प्रभावित हो रही है।संघ ने शिक्षक पुरस्कारों को लेकर भी गंभीर सवाल उठाए हैं। पदाधिकारियों का आरोप है कि पुरस्कार चयन प्रक्रिया में शिकायतों और आपत्तियों को पूरी गंभीरता से देखा जाना चाहिए। उन्होंने सरकार से पूरे मामले की निष्पक्ष जांच और पारदर्शी प्रक्रिया सुनिश्चित करने की मांग की है। शिक्षक संघ ने स्पष्ट किया कि मांगें पूरी होने तक उनका आंदोलन जारी रहेगा और जरूरत पड़ने पर इसे बड़े स्तर पर ले जाया जाएगा।
HPPTF Raises Questions Regarding State-Level Teacher Awards

The Himachal Pradesh Primary Teachers' Federation (HPPTF) is continuing its relay hunger strike in protest against the 'New Complex System'. Raising questions about the selection process for state-level teacher awards, the federation has demanded that the process be made fair and transparent. The federation states that despite ongoing discussions with the government regarding their 25-point charter of demands, no concrete solution has been reached so far. Office-bearers of the federation noted that while the government has offered assurances regarding their demands, these need to be implemented in writing. The federation has warned that if a decision regarding the withdrawal of the New Complex System and other demands is not taken soon, the agitation will be intensified. According to the federation, various posts and promotion processes concerning primary teachers in the state are being adversely affected by this system. Serious concerns have also been raised regarding the teacher awards; office-bearers allege that complaints and objections concerning the selection process must be addressed with the utmost seriousness. They have demanded an impartial inquiry into the entire matter and the assurance of a transparent process. The federation has made it clear that their agitation will continue until their demands are met and, if necessary, will be escalated to a larger scale.
