जिला सिरमौर के शिक्षा खंड शिलाई की अंडर-14 खंड स्तरीय खेलकूद प्रतियोगिता राजकीय वरिष्ठ माध्यमिक विद्यालय बान्दली धाड़स में संपन्न हुई। प्रतियोगिता में शिक्षा खंड शिलाई के सात विद्यालयों के विद्यार्थियों ने विभिन्न खेल एवं सांस्कृतिक प्रतियोगिताओं में हिस्सा लिया। राजकीय उच्च विद्यालय नाया के विद्यार्थियों ने उत्कृष्ट प्रदर्शन करते हुए कई प्रतियोगिताओं में स्कूल का नाम रोशन किया। नाया स्कूल के छात्र-छात्राओं ने खो-खो प्रतियोगिता में शानदार प्रदर्शन करते हुए सभी टीमों को पछाड़कर विजेता ट्रॉफी अपने नाम की। वहीं ग्रुप सॉन्ग और सोलो सॉन्ग प्रतियोगिता में विद्यालय की छात्राओं ने प्रथम स्थान हासिल किया। कक्षा नौवीं की छात्रा गुलशन चौहान ने भाषण प्रतियोगिता में अपने प्रभावशाली प्रदर्शन के दम पर प्रथम स्थान प्राप्त किया। बैडमिंटन प्रतियोगिता में नाया स्कूल के छात्रों ने शानदार खेल का प्रदर्शन करते हुए रनरअप ट्रॉफी हासिल की। सोलो सॉन्ग प्रतियोगिता में विद्यालय के छात्रों ने भी रनरअप ट्रॉफी अपने नाम की।
विद्यालय के विद्यार्थियों की इस उपलब्धि से अध्यापकों और विद्यार्थियों में खुशी का माहौल है। वहीं क्षेत्र के लोगों, अभिभावकों और माता-पिता ने भी विद्यार्थियों की सफलता पर प्रसन्नता व्यक्त की। विद्यालय के मुख्याध्यापक अनिल कुमार वर्मा ने विद्यार्थियों की सफलता का श्रेय विद्यालय के समस्त अध्यापकों, विशेष रूप से पीईटी देवराज शर्मा, शास्त्री आत्मा राम, सुमित्रा चौहान और सुमन भंडारी के मार्गदर्शन को दिया। उन्होंने विद्यार्थियों और अभिभावकों के सहयोग के लिए भी आभार जताया।मुख्याध्यापक ने पीएम श्री राजकीय उच्च माध्यमिक विद्यालय शिलाई के प्रधानाचार्य एवं ब्लॉक प्रोजेक्ट ऑफिसर प्रताप चौहान का भी विशेष धन्यवाद किया। उन्होंने कहा कि नाया विद्यालय उनके कॉम्प्लेक्स के अधीन है और विद्यार्थियों को समय-समय पर उनका मार्गदर्शन एवं आशीर्वाद मिलता रहा है। उन्होंने विश्वास जताया कि विद्यालय के शिक्षक और विद्यार्थी भविष्य में इससे भी बेहतर प्रदर्शन करेंगे।

The Under-14 block-level sports competition for the Shilai education block in Sirmaur district concluded at Government Senior Secondary School, Bandli Dhaaras. Students from seven schools within the Shilai education block participated in various sports and cultural events. Students from Government High School, Naya, brought laurels to their school by delivering outstanding performances across multiple competitions. Naya School students excelled in the Kho-Kho event, defeating all other teams to clinch the winner's trophy. Additionally, the school's female students secured first place in both the group song and solo song competitions. Gulshan Chauhan, a Class 9 student, claimed the top spot in the speech competition thanks to her impressive performance. In the badminton competition, Naya School students displayed excellent gameplay to secure the runner-up trophy. Male students from the school also secured the runner-up trophy in the solo song competition.
This achievement by the students has created an atmosphere of joy among the teachers and the student body. Local residents and parents also expressed their happiness over the students' success. School Headmaster Anil Kumar Verma attributed the success to the guidance provided by the entire teaching staff, specifically PET Devraj Sharma, Shastri Atma Ram, Sumitra Chauhan, and Suman Bhandari. He also expressed gratitude for the cooperation extended by the students and their parents. The Headmaster extended special thanks to Pratap Chauhan, Principal of PM SHRI Government Senior Secondary School, Shilai, and the Block Project Officer. He noted that Naya School falls under his complex and that the students have consistently received his guidance and blessings. He expressed confidence that the school's teachers and students would perform even better in the future.
