देहरादून के डॉल्फिन इंस्टीट्यूट ऑफ बायो मेडिकल एंड नेचुरल साइंसेज, सुद्धोवाला में आयोजित ‘गुरु संवाद’ कार्यक्रम में हिमाचल प्रदेश और उत्तराखंड के 100 से अधिक चयनित शिक्षकों को उत्कृष्ट शैक्षणिक योगदान के लिए सम्मानित किया गया। कार्यक्रम संस्थान की 25 वर्षों की उपलब्धियों के उपलक्ष्य में आयोजित रजत जयंती समारोह का हिस्सा रहा। कार्यक्रम में शहीद कमल कान्त मैमोरियल राजकीय वरिष्ठ माध्यमिक विद्यालय कोटड़ी ब्यास के अंग्रेजी प्रवक्ता चत्तर सिंह चौहान और हिल व्यू पब्लिक स्कूल माजरा की वरिष्ठ संकाय सदस्य अनिता देवी को विशिष्ट शिक्षक सम्मान मिला। वहीं हिल व्यू पब्लिक स्कूल माजरा के निदेशक अजय शर्मा, प्रधानाचार्य आशु शर्मा तथा कोटड़ी ब्यास स्कूल के प्रधानाचार्य जीवन प्रकाश जोशी को उत्कृष्ट शैक्षणिक नेतृत्व सम्मान से नवाजा गया।
मुख्य अतिथि उत्तराखंड उच्च शिक्षा निदेशक कुलदीप गैरोला ने राष्ट्रीय शिक्षा नीति-2020 के विभिन्न पहलुओं पर प्रकाश डालते हुए बदलते शैक्षणिक परिवेश के अनुरूप शिक्षा व्यवस्था में बदलाव की आवश्यकता बताई। कार्यक्रम की अध्यक्षता एनसीईआरटी, नई दिल्ली के सदस्य गगन गुप्ता ने की। उन्होंने शिक्षकों से विद्यार्थियों में रचनात्मक एवं नवाचारी सोच विकसित करने का आह्वान किया। कार्यक्रम का मुख्य आकर्षण राष्ट्रीय शिक्षा नीति-2020 पर आधारित गुरु संवाद एवं पैनल चर्चा रही। छह सदस्यीय पैनल ने शिक्षकों के सवालों का जवाब देते हुए नई शिक्षा नीति के प्रभावी क्रियान्वयन, शिक्षण-पद्धति में बदलाव, विद्यालयी स्तर की व्यावहारिक चुनौतियों, नवाचार और विद्यार्थियों में रचनात्मक कौशल विकास जैसे विषयों पर चर्चा की। शिक्षकों ने भी अपने अनुभव और समस्याएं साझा कीं। समापन अवसर पर डॉल्फिन संस्थान के महाप्रबंधक आशीष गुप्ता ने सभी अतिथियों एवं प्रतिभागी शिक्षकों का आभार व्यक्त किया। उन्होंने शिक्षकों से शिक्षा के क्षेत्र में निरंतर नवाचार अपनाने और विद्यार्थियों को रचनात्मक कौशल विकसित करने के लिए प्रेरित करने का आग्रह किया। गुरु संवाद कार्यक्रम शिक्षकों के लिए अनुभव साझा करने और शिक्षा नीति के प्रभावी क्रियान्वयन के नए दृष्टिकोण तलाशने का महत्वपूर्ण मंच बना।
Teachers from Himachal and Uttarakhand Honored in Dehradun; Deliberations Held on Educational Innovation

More than 100 selected teachers from Himachal Pradesh and Uttarakhand were honored for their outstanding academic contributions at the 'Guru Samvad' (Teacher Dialogue) event held at the Dolphin Institute of Biomedical and Natural Sciences in Suddhowala, Dehradun. The event was part of the institute's Silver Jubilee celebrations, marking 25 years of achievements. During the program, Chattar Singh Chauhan, an English lecturer at Shaheed Kamal Kant Memorial Government Senior Secondary School, Kotdi Vyas, and Anita Devi, a senior faculty member at Hill View Public School, Majra, received the 'Distinguished Teacher Award.' Meanwhile, Ajay Sharma (Director, Hill View Public School, Majra), Ashu Sharma (Principal, Hill View Public School, Majra), and Jeevan Prakash Joshi (Principal, Kotdi Vyas School) were conferred with the 'Outstanding Academic Leadership Award.'
The chief guest, Kuldeep Gairola (Director of Higher Education, Uttarakhand), highlighted various aspects of the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020 and emphasized the need to transform the education system to align with the changing educational landscape. The event was presided over by Gagan Gupta, a member of NCERT, New Delhi, who urged teachers to foster creative and innovative thinking among students. The highlight of the program was the 'Guru Samvad' and a panel discussion centered on the NEP 2020. A six-member panel addressed teachers' queries and discussed topics such as the effective implementation of the new policy, changes in teaching methodologies, practical challenges at the school level, innovation, and the development of creative skills in students. Teachers also shared their experiences and the challenges they face. At the conclusion of the event, Ashish Gupta, General Manager of the Dolphin Institute, expressed gratitude to all guests and participating teachers. He encouraged the teachers to continuously adopt innovations in the field of education and to inspire students to develop creative skills. The 'Guru Samvad' program served as a significant platform for teachers to share experiences and explore new perspectives on the effective implementation of the education policy.
