एपीजी शिमला यूनिवर्सिटी के स्कूल ऑफ एलाइड एंड हेल्थकेयर साइंसेज की ओर से “मल्टीमॉडल रेडियोइमेजिंग: फ्रॉम डायग्नोसिस टू क्लिनिकल प्रैक्टिस” विषय पर सेमिनार आयोजित किया गया। कार्यक्रम में पीजीआईएमईआर चंडीगढ़ के डिपार्टमेंट ऑफ रेडियोडायग्नोसिस एंड इमेजिंग से डॉ. सुशील कुमार बट्टन और सीनियर टेक्निकल ऑफिसर डॉ. मोहिंदर शर्मा ने विद्यार्थियों को आधुनिक मेडिकल इमेजिंग तकनीकों की जानकारी दी। उन्होंने एक्स-रे, सीटी सहित विभिन्न तकनीकों और इमेजिंग में आर्टिफिशियल इंटेलिजेंस के उपयोग पर विस्तार से चर्चा की। कार्यक्रम के दौरान 10 विद्यार्थियों ने रेडियोइमेजिंग से जुड़े विषयों पर पोस्टर प्रस्तुत किए। पोस्टर प्रस्तुति में वैशाली ने प्रथम, शेरोन और पलक शर्मा ने द्वितीय तथा मुकुल शर्मा और धनवी ने तृतीय स्थान हासिल किया। सेमिनार में विश्वविद्यालय के अधिकारियों और शिक्षकों की मौजूदगी रही। विशेषज्ञों ने विद्यार्थियों के सवालों के जवाब देते हुए मेडिकल इमेजिंग के व्यावहारिक पहलुओं से भी अवगत कराया।
Seminar on Multimodal Radio-imaging at APG Shimla University

A seminar titled "Multimodal Radio-imaging: From Diagnosis to Clinical Practice" was organized by the School of Allied and Healthcare Sciences at APG Shimla University. During the event, Dr. Sushil Kumar Battan and Senior Technical Officer Dr. Mohinder Sharma from the Department of Radiodiagnosis and Imaging at PGIMER, Chandigarh, briefed students on modern medical imaging techniques. They discussed various methods—including X-ray and CT scans—in detail and elaborated on the application of Artificial Intelligence in imaging. Ten students presented posters on topics related to radio-imaging during the event. In the poster presentation, Vaishali secured the first position; Sharon and Palak Sharma shared the second position; and Mukul Sharma and Dhanvi shared the third position. University officials and faculty members were present at the seminar. The experts answered students' queries and provided insights into the practical aspects of medical imaging.
