शिमला: हिमाचल प्रदेश में मानसून एक बार फिर भारी तबाही लेकर आया है। भारत मौसम विज्ञान विभाग (IMD) ने 28 से 31 जुलाई तक राज्य के कई जिलों में भारी से बहुत भारी बारिश का ऑरेंज अलर्ट जारी किया है। लगातार हो रही बारिश के कारण लाहौल-स्पीति में फ्लैश फ्लड से एक पुल बह गया, जबकि चंबा जिले में एक बाइक सवार नदी के तेज बहाव में बह गया। भूस्खलन और बाढ़ की घटनाओं के चलते प्रदेशभर में 135 सड़कें बंद हो गई हैं, जिससे जनजीवन बुरी तरह प्रभावित हुआ है। राज्य आपदा प्रबंधन प्राधिकरण के अनुसार, लाहौल-स्पीति, चंबा, कुल्लू और मंडी सहित कई जिलों में लगातार बारिश के कारण सड़क संपर्क बाधित हो गया है। कई स्थानों पर बिजली और पेयजल आपूर्ति भी प्रभावित हुई है। प्रशासन ने संवेदनशील क्षेत्रों में लोगों को नदी-नालों से दूर रहने और अनावश्यक यात्रा से बचने की सलाह दी है। मौसम विभाग ने चेतावनी दी है कि अगले चार दिनों के दौरान कुछ इलाकों में फ्लैश फ्लड, भूस्खलन और चट्टानें गिरने की घटनाएं बढ़ सकती हैं। जिला प्रशासन और राहत एजेंसियों को सतर्क रहने के निर्देश दिए गए हैं। राज्य सरकार ने आपदा प्रभावित क्षेत्रों में राहत एवं बचाव दलों को तैनात कर दिया है और हालात पर लगातार नजर रखी जा रही है।

Shimla: The monsoon has once again brought massive devastation to Himachal Pradesh. The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has issued an 'Orange Alert' for heavy to very heavy rainfall in several districts of the state from July 28 to July 31. Due to incessant rains, a bridge was washed away by a flash flood in Lahaul-Spiti, while a motorcyclist was swept away by the strong currents of a river in Chamba district. Landslides and flood-related incidents have led to the closure of 135 roads across the state, severely disrupting normal life. According to the State Disaster Management Authority, road connectivity has been disrupted in several districts—including Lahaul-Spiti, Chamba, Kullu, and Mandi—due to continuous rainfall. Electricity and drinking water supplies have also been affected in many areas. The administration has advised people in vulnerable zones to stay away from rivers and streams and to avoid unnecessary travel. The Meteorological Department has warned that the risk of flash floods, landslides, and rockfalls could increase in certain areas over the next four days. District administrations and relief agencies have been instructed to remain on high alert. The state government has deployed relief and rescue teams to the affected areas, and the situation is being closely monitored.
