जिला सिरमौर के पुलिस थाना शिलाई में मारपीट का मामला दर्ज किया गया है। पुलिस के अनुसार बबलू निवासी गांव दुबोड, डाकघर टिम्बी, तहसील शिलाई ने शिकायत दर्ज करवाई है कि 21 जुलाई 2026 को वह अपने जीजा जगदीश के साथ टिम्बी बाजार से पैदल घर लौट रहा था। रास्ते में दोनों सड़क किनारे कुछ देर आराम करने के लिए बैठ गए। शिकायत के मुताबिक इसी दौरान उसका भांजा बाबू राम वहां पहुंचा। दोनों के बीच किसी बात को लेकर कहासुनी हो गई, जिसके बाद आरोप है कि बाबू राम ने उसके चेहरे पर पत्थर मार दिया। पत्थर लगने से बबलू घायल होकर जमीन पर गिर गया। पुलिस ने शिकायत के आधार पर मामला दर्ज कर लिया है। मामले की जांच जारी है और पुलिस सभी पहलुओं की पड़ताल कर रही है।

A case of assault has been registered at the Shillai Police Station in Sirmaur district. According to the police, Bablu—a resident of Dubod village (Post Office Timbi, Tehsil Shillai)—lodged a complaint stating that on July 21, 2026, he was walking home from Timbi market with his brother-in-law, Jagdish. On the way, the two sat by the roadside to rest for a while. The complaint states that during this time, his nephew, Babu Ram, arrived at the spot. An argument ensued between them over an issue, following which Babu Ram allegedly struck him on the face with a stone. Bablu was injured by the blow and fell to the ground. The police have registered a case based on the complaint; the matter is under investigation, and the police are examining all aspects of the incident.
