बेलिफ ग्रुप-C भर्ती पर हाईकोर्ट की रोक

हिमाचल प्रदेश हाईकोर्ट ने बेलिफ ग्रुप-C पदों पर चल रही भर्ती प्रक्रिया पर अगले आदेश तक रोक लगा दी है। अदालत के इस फैसले से भर्ती प्रक्रिया में शामिल अभ्यर्थियों को फिलहाल इंतजार करना पड़ेगा। कोर्ट ने मामले से जुड़े सभी पक्षों को अपना पक्ष रखने के निर्देश दिए हैं। बेलिफ अदालत से जुड़ा कर्मचारी होता है, जिसका काम न्यायालय के समन, नोटिस और अन्य आदेशों की तामील कराने जैसे कार्यों में सहयोग करना होता है। इस पद की भर्ती को लेकर सामने आए मामले में हाईकोर्ट ने प्रक्रिया की वैधता और संबंधित पहलुओं पर विचार करना जरूरी समझा। हाईकोर्ट ने हिमाचल प्रदेश सरकार और अन्य संबंधित पक्षों से मामले में जवाब दाखिल करने को कहा है। अदालत ने जवाब देने के लिए दो सप्ताह का समय निर्धारित किया है। तब तक भर्ती प्रक्रिया को आगे बढ़ाने पर रोक रहेगी। मामले की अगली सुनवाई 21 सितंबर 2026 को होगी। अब सरकार और अन्य पक्षों के जवाब के बाद अदालत इस मामले में आगे का निर्णय लेगी। भर्ती में शामिल अभ्यर्थियों की नजर भी अगली सुनवाई और हाईकोर्ट के फैसले पर रहेगी।

Due to this court decision, candidates participating in the recruitment process will have to wait for the time being. The court has directed all parties involved in the matter to present their respective positions. A Bailiff is a court official responsible for assisting in tasks such as serving court summons, notices, and other orders. Regarding the recruitment for this post, the High Court deemed it necessary to examine the validity of the process and other related aspects. The High Court has asked the Himachal Pradesh government and other concerned parties to file their responses to the matter. The court has granted a period of two weeks for filing these responses; the recruitment process will remain stayed until then. The next hearing in the case is scheduled for September 21, 2026. The court will make a further decision on the matter after receiving responses from the government and other parties. Candidates participating in the recruitment process will also be keeping a close watch on the next hearing and the High Court's verdict.
