डीएसपी राजगढ़ वीसी नेगी की अध्यक्षता में पुलिस थाना राजगढ़ में रोड सेफ्टी क्लब की बैठक आयोजित हुई। बैठक में राजगढ़ बाजार की यातायात एवं पार्किंग व्यवस्था को बेहतर बनाने के लिए कई महत्वपूर्ण निर्णय लिए गए। इस दौरान विवेक शर्मा को रोड सेफ्टी क्लब का अध्यक्ष तथा अनुज को उपाध्यक्ष चुना गया। बैठक में तय किया गया कि गर्मियों के दौरान बाजार में लोडिंग -अनलोडिंग का कार्य सुबह 8 बजे से पहले और शाम 8 बजे के बाद ही किया जाएगा। एक स्थान पर एक समय में केवल एक वाहन खड़ा करने की अनुमति होगी। नियमों का उल्लंघन करने वाले वाहन चालकों के खिलाफ नियमानुसार चालान किया जाएगा। न्यू बस स्टैंड के बाहर पार्किंग पर पूरी तरह रोक रहेगी। न्यू बस स्टैंड से ऊपर बाईं ओर पिकअप वाहनों के लिए निर्धारित स्थान पर ही पिकअप खड़ी की जा सकेगी। इसी तरह गैस गोदाम के आगे निर्धारित टैक्सी पार्किंग स्थल का ही उपयोग करने के निर्देश दिए गए हैं। बाजार में किसी भी स्थान पर वाहन को 15 से 20 मिनट से अधिक खड़ा नहीं किया जा सकेगा। संकरी सड़क या ऐसे स्थानों पर पार्किंग प्रतिबंधित रहेगी, जहां वाहन खड़ा करने से यातायात प्रभावित होने की संभावना हो। एसबीआई के नीचे से शिरगुल चौक तथा शिरगुल चौक से पुराने बस स्टैंड तक भी अधिकतम 15 से 20 मिनट की पार्किंग की अनुमति होगी। शिरगुल चौक से ऊपर की ओर बाइकों के लिए निर्धारित पार्किंग स्थल का उपयोग करने के निर्देश दिए गए। पुराने बस स्टैंड में निर्धारित स्थान पर करीब 5 से 6 वाहन खड़े किए जा सकेंगे। वहीं यूको बैंक से गुरुद्वारा तक संकरे मार्ग पर पार्किंग नहीं होगी। आवश्यक कार्य के लिए वाहन रोकना पड़ने पर अधिकतम 5 से 10 मिनट तक केवल सिंगल रो में वाहन खड़ा किया जा सकेगा। डबल रो पार्किंग पर रोक रहेगी। नगर पंचायत कार्यालय के साथ स्थायी रूप से खड़े रहने वाले वाहनों को लेकर भी निर्णय लिया गया। सुबह 10 बजे से शाम 5 बजे तक नगर पंचायत कार्यालय के साथ वाहनों की पार्किंग प्रतिबंधित रहेगी। डीएसपी वीसी नेगी ने कहा कि बाजार की यातायात व्यवस्था को प्रभावी बनाए रखने के लिए पुलिस और रोड सेफ्टी क्लब के सदस्य नियमित निरीक्षण करेंगे। उन्होंने दुकानदारों और वाहन चालकों से निर्धारित पार्किंग स्थलों का ही इस्तेमाल करने तथा यातायात व्यवस्था बनाए रखने में सहयोग की अपील की। बैठक में थाना प्रभारी राजेंद्र सिंह, ट्रैफिक इंचार्ज कुलवंत, नगर पंचायत अध्यक्ष विक्रम जैलदार, उपाध्यक्ष नरेंद्र ठाकुर, व्यापार मंडल अध्यक्ष राजेंद्र ठाकुर सहित पुलिस विभाग के कर्मचारी एवं अन्य सदस्य मौजूद रहे।

A meeting of the Road Safety Club was held at the Rajgarh Police Station under the chairmanship of DSP Rajgarh, V.C. Negi. Several important decisions were taken during the meeting to improve traffic and parking arrangements in the Rajgarh market. Vivek Sharma was elected President and Anuj was elected Vice-President of the Road Safety Club. It was decided that during the summer season, loading and unloading activities in the market would only be permitted before 8:00 AM and after 8:00 PM. Only one vehicle will be allowed to park at a specific spot at any given time. Drivers violating these rules will be fined in accordance with the regulations. Parking outside the New Bus Stand will be completely prohibited. Pickup vehicles may only be parked at the designated spot located on the left side, uphill from the New Bus Stand. Similarly, instructions have been issued to use only the designated taxi parking area located ahead of the gas godown. Vehicles cannot be parked at any location in the market for more than 15 to 20 minutes. Parking is prohibited on narrow roads or in areas where parked vehicles are likely to disrupt traffic flow. A maximum parking duration of 15 to 20 minutes will be allowed on the stretch from below the SBI branch to Shirgul Chowk, and from Shirgul Chowk to the Old Bus Stand. Instructions were issued to use the designated parking area for motorcycles located uphill from Shirgul Chowk. Approximately 5 to 6 vehicles can be parked at the designated spot within the Old Bus Stand. Meanwhile, parking will not be permitted on the narrow stretch between UCO Bank and the Gurudwara. If a vehicle must be stopped for essential work, it may be parked in a single row for a maximum of 5 to 10 minutes; double-row parking is prohibited. A decision was also taken regarding vehicles that remain permanently parked next to the Nagar Panchayat office; parking in this area is prohibited between 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM. DSP VC Negi stated that the police and members of the Road Safety Club would conduct regular inspections to ensure the effective management of traffic in the market. He urged shopkeepers and motorists to use only designated parking areas and to cooperate in maintaining the traffic system. The meeting was attended by Station House Officer (SHO) Rajendra Singh, Traffic In-charge Kulwant, Nagar Panchayat President Vikram Jaildar, Vice-President Narendra Thakur, and Traders' Association President Rajendra Thakur, along with police personnel and other members.
