सराहां अस्पताल में 26 अक्टूबर से शुरू होगी अल्ट्रासाउंड सुविधा, पच्छाद की 34 पंचायतों को मिलेगी राहत

सिरमौर जिले के पच्छाद विधानसभा क्षेत्र के लोगों के लिए राहत भरी खबर है। सराहां सिविल अस्पताल में सोमवार, 26 अक्टूबर से अल्ट्रासाउंड जांच की सुविधा शुरू होने जा रही है। इससे क्षेत्र की 34 पंचायतों के मरीजों को लाभ मिलेगा। अब तक अल्ट्रासाउंड करवाने के लिए लोगों को नाहन और सोलन जाना पड़ता था, जिससे उनका समय और पैसा खर्च होता था। मुख्य चिकित्सा अधिकारी सिरमौर डॉ. राकेश प्रताप के अनुसार, अस्पताल में अल्ट्रासाउंड सेवाएं शुरू करने के लिए रेडियोलॉजिस्ट की प्रतिनियुक्ति की जाएगी। इससे गर्भवती महिलाओं सहित अन्य मरीजों को स्थानीय स्तर पर जांच करवाने की सुविधा मिलेगी। खासकर दूरदराज के क्षेत्रों से आने वाले मरीजों को लंबी दूरी तय करने की परेशानी से राहत मिलने की उम्मीद है। पच्छाद की विधायक रीना कश्यप ने भी सराहां अस्पताल में अल्ट्रासाउंड सुविधा शुरू करने की मांग लगातार उठाई थी। उन्होंने अस्पताल में बिस्तरों की संख्या बढ़ाकर 100 करने की मांग भी रखी है। फिलहाल रेडियोलॉजिस्ट की उपलब्धता के आधार पर सेवा शुरू की जाएगी। इस सुविधा से क्षेत्र में स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं को मजबूती मिलने और मरीजों की परेशानी कम होने की उम्मीद है।

There is welcome news for the residents of the Pachhad assembly constituency in Sirmaur district. An ultrasound facility is set to begin at the Civil Hospital in Sarahan starting Monday, October 26. This will benefit patients from 34 panchayats in the region. Previously, people had to travel to Nahan or Solan for ultrasound scans, which incurred both time and travel expenses. According to Dr. Rakesh Pratap, Chief Medical Officer (CMO) of Sirmaur, a radiologist will be deputed to the hospital to facilitate these services. This will allow patients—including pregnant women—to undergo examinations locally. In particular, it is expected to spare patients from remote areas the hardship of traveling long distances. Reena Kashyap, the MLA for Pachhad, had consistently advocated for the introduction of an ultrasound facility at the Sarahan hospital. She has also requested an increase in the hospital's bed capacity to 100. For now, the service will be initiated based on the availability of a radiologist. This facility is expected to strengthen local healthcare services and alleviate the difficulties faced by patients.
