52वें जन्मदिन पर हमीरपुर में महिला खिलाड़ियों को किया सम्मानित, प्रदेश सरकार पर साधा निशाना

\पूर्व केंद्रीय मंत्री एवं सांसद अनुराग ठाकुर ने अपने 52वें जन्मदिन पर हमीरपुर के गांधी चौक में आयोजित कार्यक्रम के दौरान प्रदेश सरकार की ओर से कर्मचारियों और पेंशनरों को दिवाली पर पांच प्रतिशत महंगाई भत्ता (डीए) देने की घोषणा को नाकाफी बताया। उन्होंने कहा कि लंबे समय से लंबित मांग को पूरा करने की दिशा में यह कदम उठाया गया है, लेकिन यह ऊंट के मुंह में जीरे के समान है। इस अवसर पर जिला भाजपा की ओर से हवन और कन्या पूजन किया गया तथा सांसद के जन्मदिन पर केक काटकर उन्हें शुभकामनाएं दी गईं। कार्यक्रम के दौरान राष्ट्रीय स्तर पर खेलों में बेहतर प्रदर्शन करने वाली महिला खिलाड़ियों को ट्रैक सूट और अन्य सामग्री देकर सम्मानित किया गया। अनुराग ठाकुर ने कहा कि देश की बेटियां खेलों में शानदार प्रदर्शन कर रही हैं और उनकी हौसला अफजाई करना जरूरी है। उन्होंने दावा किया कि पूर्व पेंशनरों के करीब 8,555 करोड़ रुपये के भुगतान लंबित हैं और खिलाड़ियों को भी घोषित राशि नहीं मिली है। कार्यक्रम में हमीरपुर के विधायक आशीष शर्मा, बड़सर के विधायक इंद्रदत्त लखनपाल सहित भाजपा के पदाधिकारी और कार्यकर्ता मौजूद रहे।

On the occasion of his 52nd birthday, former Union Minister and Member of Parliament Anurag Thakur, speaking at an event held at Gandhi Chowk in Hamirpur, termed the state government’s announcement of a five percent Dearness Allowance (DA) hike for employees and pensioners ahead of Diwali as "insufficient." He remarked that while this step addresses a long-pending demand, it is "like a drop in the ocean." During the event, the district BJP unit organized a *havan* (ritual fire ceremony) and *kanya pujan* (worship of young girls), and a cake was cut to mark the MP’s birthday. Female athletes who have excelled in sports at the national level were honored with tracksuits and other equipment. Anurag Thakur stated that the nation’s daughters are performing exceptionally well in sports, and it is essential to encourage and support them. He further claimed that approximately ₹8,555 crore in payments remains outstanding for former pensioners, and that athletes have yet to receive the funds promised to them. The event was attended by Hamirpur MLA Ashish Sharma, Barsar MLA Indradutt Lakhanpal, as well as various BJP office-bearers and party workers.
