पांवटा साहिब नगर परिषद के अध्यक्ष और उपाध्यक्ष पद के चुनाव के लिए आधिकारिक कार्यक्रम घोषित कर दिया गया है। एसडीओ (सिविल) एवं प्रिसाइडिंग ऑफिसर द्विज गोयल द्वारा गुरुवार को इस संबंध में नोटिस जारी किया गया। जारी नोटिस के अनुसार नगर परिषद पांवटा साहिब के सभी 13 निर्वाचित पार्षदों को चुनाव प्रक्रिया में शामिल होने के लिए सूचित किया गया है। अध्यक्ष एवं उपाध्यक्ष पद का चुनाव 4 जुलाई 2026 (शनिवार) को सुबह 11:00 बजे नगर परिषद सभागार, पांवटा साहिब में संपन्न होगा। यह चुनाव हिमाचल प्रदेश नगर पालिका अधिनियम, 1994 तथा हिमाचल प्रदेश म्यूनिसिपल इलेक्शन रूल्स, 2015 के प्रावधानों के तहत कराया जाएगा। एसडीओ (सिविल) एवं प्रिसाइडिंग ऑफिसर द्विज गोयल ने सभी पार्षदों से निर्धारित समय पर उपस्थित होकर चुनाव प्रक्रिया में भाग लेने का आग्रह किया है। चुनाव को लेकर प्रशासन ने आवश्यक तैयारियां पूरी कर ली हैं और शांतिपूर्ण व निष्पक्ष मतदान सुनिश्चित करने के लिए सभी प्रबंध किए जा रहे हैं।

The official schedule for the election of the President and Vice-President of the Paonta Sahib Municipal Council has been announced. A notice regarding this was issued on Thursday by SDO (Civil) and Presiding Officer Dwij Goyal. According to the notice, all 13 elected councilors of the Paonta Sahib Municipal Council have been informed to participate in the election process. The election for the posts of President and Vice-President will take place on July 4, 2026 (Saturday) at 11:00 AM in the Municipal Council Hall, Paonta Sahib. This election will be conducted under the provisions of the Himachal Pradesh Municipal Act, 1994, and the Himachal Pradesh Municipal Election Rules, 2015. SDO (Civil) and Presiding Officer Dwij Goyal has urged all councilors to be present at the scheduled time and participate in the election process. The administration has completed the necessary preparations for the election, and all arrangements are being made to ensure peaceful and fair voting.
