आगामी 15 अगस्त स्वतंत्रता दिवस समारोह के सफल आयोजन को लेकर एसडीएम शिलाई जसपाल की अध्यक्षता में एक समीक्षा बैठक आयोजित की गई। बैठक में समारोह की तैयारियों, कार्यक्रम व अन्य आवश्यक व्यवस्थाओं पर विस्तार से चर्चा की गई। एसडीएम ने सभी अधिकारियों को आपसी समन्वय के साथ समयबद्ध तरीके से तैयारियां पूरी करने के निर्देश दिए। उन्होंने कहा कि राष्ट्रीय पर्व को गरिमापूर्ण एवं व्यवस्थित ढंग से मनाने के लिए सभी कर्मचारियों व अधिकारियों को अपनी जिम्मेदारियों का पूरी निष्ठा से निर्वहन करें। बैठक में थाना प्रभारी शिलाई, तहसीलदार, बीडीओ, लोक निर्माण विभाग के अधिशासी अभियंता, जल शक्ति विभाग के अधिकारी, विद्युत विभाग, सीडीपीओ सहित विभिन्न विभागों के अधिकारी उपस्थित रहे। सभी अधिकारियों ने तैयारियों पर अपनी राय देते हुए समय पर आवश्यक व्यवस्थाएं सुनिश्चित करने का आश्वासन दिया।

A review meeting was held under the chairmanship of Shillai SDM Jaspal regarding the successful organization of the upcoming Independence Day celebrations on August 15th. Preparations for the event, the program schedule, and other necessary arrangements were discussed in detail during the meeting. The SDM instructed all officials to complete preparations in a time-bound manner through mutual coordination. He urged all employees and officers to discharge their responsibilities with utmost dedication to ensure the national festival is celebrated in a dignified and organized manner. Officials from various departments—including the Shillai Station House Officer (SHO), Tehsildar, BDO, Executive Engineer (PWD), and representatives from the Jal Shakti Department, Electricity Department, and CDPO office—attended the meeting. Sharing their views on the preparations, the officials assured that all necessary arrangements would be ensured on time.
