हिमाचल प्रदेश राज्य चयन आयोग (एचपीआरसीए) की ओर से हिंदी शिक्षक भर्ती का अंतिम परिणाम जारी होने के बाद नॉर्मलाइजेशन प्रक्रिया को लेकर अभ्यर्थियों ने सवाल उठाए हैं। अभ्यर्थियों का आरोप है कि तीन अलग-अलग शिफ्ट में हुई परीक्षा में नॉर्मलाइजेशन के बाद कुछ उम्मीदवारों के अंकों में 10 से 11 अंक तक की बढ़ोतरी हुई, जिससे मेरिट सूची प्रभावित हुई है। अभ्यर्थियों ने मांग की है कि आयोग नॉर्मलाइजेशन का पूरा फार्मूला और शिफ्टवार आंकड़े सार्वजनिक करे। उनका कहना है कि कच्चे अंकों, नॉर्मलाइजेशन के बाद मिले अंकों और मेरिट पर पड़े प्रभाव की जानकारी सामने आने से पूरी प्रक्रिया स्पष्ट हो सकेगी। एचपीआरसीए के आधिकारिक भर्ती नियमों में बहु-शिफ्ट परीक्षा के लिए Z-Score/Mean-Standard Deviation Method से नॉर्मलाइजेशन का प्रावधान है। हिंदी शिक्षक भर्ती के पोस्ट कोड-26026 के तहत 151 पदों के लिए अंतिम परिणाम 16 सितंबर 2026 को जारी किया गया। आयोग के अनुसार 6,354 अभ्यर्थियों ने आवेदन किया था, जबकि 5,316 अभ्यर्थियों ने कंप्यूटर आधारित परीक्षा दी थी। दस्तावेज सत्यापन के बाद 151 अभ्यर्थियों का चयन किया गया। वहीं कुछ अभ्यर्थियों ने हिंदी शिक्षक पद के लिए मेडिकल और नॉन-मेडिकल पृष्ठभूमि वाले अभ्यर्थियों को पात्र माने जाने पर भी आपत्ति जताई है। अभ्यर्थियों का कहना है कि हिंदी विषय से संबंधित शैक्षणिक योग्यता को अधिक महत्व दिया जाना चाहिए था। अब अभ्यर्थियों की नजर आयोग की ओर से नॉर्मलाइजेशन प्रक्रिया को लेकर दी जाने वाली आधिकारिक जानकारी पर है।

Candidates have raised questions regarding the normalization process following the release of the final results for the Hindi teacher recruitment conducted by the Himachal Pradesh State Selection Commission (HPRCA). Candidates allege that in the examination held across three separate shifts, the normalization process resulted in score increases of 10 to 11 marks for some candidates, thereby affecting the merit list. They have demanded that the Commission make the complete normalization formula and shift-wise data public. They argue that disclosing information regarding raw scores, normalized scores, and the impact on the merit list would bring clarity to the entire process. HPRCA’s official recruitment rules include a provision for normalization using the Z-Score/Mean-Standard Deviation Method for multi-shift examinations. The final results for 151 Hindi teacher posts (Post Code 26026) were declared on September 16, 2026. According to the Commission, 6,354 candidates applied, while 5,316 appeared for the computer-based examination; 151 candidates were selected following document verification. Meanwhile, some candidates have also objected to the eligibility of candidates with medical and non-medical backgrounds for the Hindi teacher post. They contend that greater weightage should have been given to academic qualifications specifically related to the subject of Hindi. All eyes are now on the official information to be provided by the Commission regarding the normalization process.
