भाजपा विधायक आशीष शर्मा के खिलाफ केस दर्ज

मुख्यमंत्री सुखविंद्र सिंह सुक्खू और प्रदेश सरकार पर लगाए गए आरोपों को लेकर हमीरपुर सदर से भाजपा विधायक आशीष शर्मा के खिलाफ सदर थाना में केस दर्ज किया गया है। एपीएमसी हमीरपुर के चेयरमैन अजय शर्मा की शिकायत पर पुलिस ने मामला दर्ज कर जांच शुरू कर दी है। शिकायत में आरोप लगाया गया है कि विधायक ने सार्वजनिक मंचों से मुख्यमंत्री पर भ्रष्टाचार से जुड़े आरोप लगाए और इससे उनकी छवि प्रभावित हुई। विधायक आशीष शर्मा ने मामले पर प्रतिक्रिया देते हुए कहा कि यदि उनके आरोप तथ्यहीन हैं तो कांग्रेस नेता उनके खिलाफ मानहानि का मामला दर्ज कर सकते हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि उनके पास लगाए गए आरोपों से संबंधित तथ्य मौजूद हैं और भ्रष्टाचार के खिलाफ उनकी आवाज आगे भी जारी रहेगी। विधायक ने यह भी कहा कि उनके खिलाफ पहले भी मामले दर्ज किए गए हैं, लेकिन वह इससे पीछे नहीं हटेंगे।

A case has been registered at the Sadar Police Station against BJP MLA Ashish Sharma (Hamirpur Sadar) regarding allegations leveled against Chief Minister Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu and the state government. The police registered the case and initiated an investigation following a complaint filed by Ajay Sharma, Chairman of APMC Hamirpur. The complaint alleges that the MLA made corruption-related accusations against the Chief Minister on public platforms, thereby tarnishing his image. Responding to the matter, MLA Ashish Sharma stated that if his allegations are baseless, Congress leaders are free to file a defamation suit against him. He asserted that he possesses facts substantiating the allegations and vowed to continue raising his voice against corruption. The MLA further remarked that while cases have been registered against him in the past, he would not back down.
