देश के यशस्वी प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी के सार्वजनिक जीवन और शासन में सेवा के 25 वर्ष पूर्ण होने के अवसर पर आज नाहन विधानसभा क्षेत्र की बर्मा पापड़ी पंचायत में ‘विकसित भारत संकल्प सभा — सेवा ज्योति यात्रा’ का जिला स्तरीय कार्यक्रम आयोजित किया गया। कार्यक्रम में बड़ी संख्या में भाजपा कार्यकर्ताओं, स्थानीय लोगों एवं क्षेत्रवासियों ने सहभागिता की। भाजपा प्रदेश अध्यक्ष डॉ. राजीव बिन्दल ने इस अवसर कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी ने अपने 25 वर्षों के सार्वजनिक जीवन में सत्ता को कभी व्यक्तिगत सुख-सुविधा का माध्यम नहीं माना, बल्कि सत्ता को सेवा का माध्यम और सेवा को अपने जीवन का लक्ष्य बनाया। गुजरात के मुख्यमंत्री के रूप में 12 वर्ष और देश के प्रधानमंत्री के रूप में 13 वर्ष के कार्यकाल में उन्होंने राष्ट्रसेवा को सर्वोच्च प्राथमिकता दी है। उन्होंने कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी जी के लिए गरीब की सेवा, किसान की सेवा, महिला सशक्तीकरण, युवाओं को अवसर उपलब्ध करवाना और देश की सुरक्षा एवं सम्मान को मजबूत करना शासन के केंद्र में रहा है। आज भारत विश्व में अपनी मजबूत पहचान बना रहा है और प्रधानमंत्री ने वर्ष 2047 तक भारत को विकसित राष्ट्र बनाने का संकल्प देश के सामने रखा है। *सिरमौर के विकास में मोदी सरकार का महत्वपूर्ण योगदान* डॉ. बिंदल ने कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी जी के नेतृत्व वाली केंद्र सरकार ने सिरमौर जिले के विकास को नई गति प्रदान की है। सिरमौर में भारतीय प्रबंधन संस्थान (आईआईएम) की स्थापना होना क्षेत्र के लिए ऐतिहासिक उपलब्धि है। इससे सिरमौर को राष्ट्रीय स्तर की उच्च शिक्षा के क्षेत्र में नई पहचान मिली है तथा युवाओं के लिए शिक्षा, रोजगार और नए अवसरों के द्वार खुले हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि नाहन मेडिकल कॉलेज के लिए केंद्र सरकार द्वारा ₹260 करोड़ की राशि प्रदान की गई है। मेडिकल कॉलेज जैसी महत्वपूर्ण संस्था से न केवल क्षेत्र के लोगों को बेहतर स्वास्थ्य सुविधाएँ उपलब्ध हुई हैं, बल्कि चिकित्सा शिक्षा और रोजगार के अवसर भी बढ़े हैं। केंद्र की मोदी सरकार ने सिरमौर की शिक्षा और स्वास्थ्य आवश्यकताओं को समझते हुए ठोस कार्य किया है। *दशकों से लंबित जल परियोजनाओं को मिली गति* डॉ. बिंदल ने कहा कि सिरमौर जिले की दशकों से लंबित महत्वपूर्ण जल परियोजनाओं को प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी के नेतृत्व वाली केंद्र सरकार में नई गति मिली है। रेणुका बाँध परियोजना और किशाऊ बाँध परियोजना सिरमौर ही नहीं, बल्कि हिमाचल के लिए भी अत्यंत महत्वपूर्ण परियोजनाएँ हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि लगभग ₹15,624 करोड़ की किशाऊ बाँध परियोजना को स्वीकृति मिलना एक बड़ी उपलब्धि है। इस परियोजना के ₹12,090 करोड़ के जल घटक का खर्च केंद्र की मोदी सरकार द्वारा वहन किया जा रहा है। इससे यह स्पष्ट होता है कि प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेन्द्र मोदी जी के नेतृत्व में केंद्र सरकार हिमाचल और विशेषकर सिरमौर के विकास को लेकर कितनी गंभीरता से कार्य कर रही है। *सिरमौर में विकास को मिली गति* डॉ. बिंदल ने कहा कि सिरमौर जिला में प्रधानमंत्री ग्रामीण सड़क परियोजनाएँ, अन्य सड़कें, जल जीवन मिशन के अलावा प्रधानमंत्री आवास योजना, उज्जवला योजना, आयुष्मान भारत योजना जैसी अनेक जन कल्याणकारी योजनाओं का लाभ जनता उठा रही है।

A district-level program titled ‘Viksit Bharat Sankalp Sabha — Seva Jyoti Yatra’ was organized today in the Burma Papri Panchayat of the Nahan Assembly constituency to mark the completion of 25 years of service in public life and governance by the country's illustrious Prime Minister, Narendra Modi. A large number of BJP workers, local residents, and people from the area participated in the event. Speaking on the occasion, BJP State President Dr. Rajeev Bindal stated that throughout his 25 years of public life, Prime Minister Narendra Modi never viewed power as a means for personal comfort or luxury; instead, he treated power as a medium for service and made service the goal of his life. During his tenures—12 years as the Chief Minister of Gujarat and 13 years as the Prime Minister of the country—he has accorded the highest priority to serving the nation. He noted that serving the poor and farmers, empowering women, providing opportunities to the youth, and strengthening the country's security and honor have remained at the core of Prime Minister Narendra Modi's governance. Today, India is establishing a strong global identity, and the Prime Minister has placed before the nation the resolve to transform India into a developed nation by the year 2047. *Modi Government's Significant Contribution to Sirmaur's Development:* Dr. Bindal stated that the Central Government, led by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, has imparted new momentum to the development of Sirmaur district. The establishment of the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) in Sirmaur is a historic achievement for the region. It has earned Sirmaur a new identity in the realm of national-level higher education and opened doors to education, employment, and new opportunities for the youth. He mentioned that the Central Government has provided ₹260 crore for the Nahan Medical College. An institution of such importance as the medical college has not only made better healthcare facilities available to the local people but has also expanded opportunities for medical education and employment. The Modi government at the Centre has taken concrete steps while addressing the educational and healthcare needs of Sirmaur. *Momentum for long-pending water projects:* Dr. Bindal stated that critical water projects in Sirmaur district, which had been pending for decades, have gained new momentum under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi's government. The Renuka Dam project and the Kishau Dam project are vital not only for Sirmaur but for Himachal Pradesh as a whole. He noted that the approval of the Kishau Dam project, valued at approximately ₹15,624 crore, is a major achievement. The Centre's Modi government is bearing the cost of the project's water component, amounting to ₹12,090 crore. This clearly demonstrates the seriousness with which the central government, under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, is working towards the development of Himachal Pradesh, and Sirmaur in particular. *Momentum in Sirmaur's development:* Dr. Bindal mentioned that the people of Sirmaur district are benefiting from numerous public welfare schemes—such as the Pradhan Mantri Gram Sadak Yojana, other road projects, and the Jal Jeevan Mission—alongside initiatives like the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana, Ujjwala Yojana, and Ayushman Bharat Yojana.
