पीएम श्री राजकीय वरिष्ठ माध्यमिक विद्यालय पांवटा साहिब, तारुवाला में प्रधानाचार्य जोगीराम कन्याल के मार्गदर्शन में समस्त शिक्षकों ने सीबीएसई के अनुरूप निर्धारित नई वर्दी धारण कर विद्यालय में एकरूपता और अनुशासन का संदेश दिया। सीबीएसई से संबद्धता के बाद विद्यालय की कार्यप्रणाली, अनुशासन और व्यावसायिक पहचान को मजबूत करने की दिशा में इसे महत्वपूर्ण पहल माना जा रहा है। नई निर्धारित वर्दी में शिक्षक गरिमापूर्ण एवं अनुशासित नजर आए। इस पहल के माध्यम से शिक्षकों ने विद्यार्थियों के समक्ष एकरूपता, अनुशासन और टीम भावना का उदाहरण प्रस्तुत किया।प्रधानाचार्य जोगीराम कन्याल ने कहा कि वर्दी केवल पहनावा नहीं, बल्कि संस्था की पहचान, अनुशासन और गौरव का प्रतीक है। उन्होंने सभी शिक्षकों द्वारा इस पहल को उत्साहपूर्वक अपनाने पर प्रसन्नता व्यक्त की। उन्होंने कहा कि विद्यालय परिवार की एकरूपता और सामूहिक भावना संस्था को नई ऊंचाइयों तक ले जाने में महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभाती है। विद्यालय के शिक्षकों ने भी नई वर्दी का स्वागत करते हुए इसे विद्यालय की नई सीबीएसई पहचान की दिशा में सकारात्मक कदम बताया। विद्यालय परिवार ने शैक्षणिक गुणवत्ता, अनुशासन और उत्कृष्टता को निरंतर बढ़ावा देने तथा टीम भावना के साथ कार्य करते हुए विद्यालय को नई ऊंचाइयों तक पहुंचाने का संकल्प लिया।
